the worst hotel ever

It is a run down shabby motel, prostitutes next door (warning by the hotels groundskeeper) Room was stripped of pillow covers and sheets, but bed unmade, trash still there at 4 pm. Roach in the bathroom, where the toilets water tank is leeking. Need I say more?
