Hospitality A ++++

I was in Lake Placid in April and stayed at the Whiteface Chalet. I can't say enough about the service, cleanliness, and hospitality of this hotel staff. I found that they would do anything to make our stay enjoyable. The great room with fireplace is the perfect place to get together, the game room with pool table and darts, including the bar area is a great way to spend the evening. This hotel has so much more than many of the others I've stayed at. I will be back! It is a beautiful area to visit.
