Radisson Hotel Utica Centre, Utica

i cant think of any reason why i would ever stay at that dump again people are rude and managment is very poor. the worst hotel experience ever

We were passing thru Utica, on our way to the Oriskany Museum and then up to Old Forge this past Oct and booked our room there. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to a larger suite as we mentioned our anniversary. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had dinner and drinks in the hotel lounge and restaurant, and it was all delicious. The staff was very attentive and professional. The parking was secure and convienent. This hotel is located downtown and close to the NYS-90 freeway. The Oriskany museum and battlefield was a short drive away and should not be missed. We will stay there the next time. Its probably the nicest hotel in that area.

I had a group of 30plus people with reservations at the Radisson to include a dining room reservations. The manger, I'll call him KB, did an outstanding job in providing all the neccessary accommodations that was needed plus more. The reservations lasted for approximately a week. The bartenders were very pleasant along with the waiters and waitresses. The food in the hotel (order off of menu or buffet) was fantastic and there was no need to go anywhere outside of the hotel to eat. The gym was ok but did have a sauna next to it. Overall experience was "Outstanding." I recommend it to anyone who plans on being in Utica.

My stay thus far at the Radisson in Utica, NY has been exceptional. Even though my reservation was last-minute, the staff was more than willing to help me out, and since I've been here that hasn't changed in the slightest. Any problems I have encountered have been taken care of literally within a half hour. The facilities themselves are also definitely nothing to scoff at: an indoor pool and hot tub, laundry machines on the room floors, and a restaurant/lounge area that I frequent several times a week. Last but not least are the rooms themselves. The furnishing alone is better than I've seen almost anywhere else (right now I'm sitting at my redwood desk, in a leather office chair), and the beds are by far better than the one I have at home. All in all, I can't find one thing about this place that I don't like, and if I'm ever back up this way I will most definitely be staying here again (and I'll be recommending it to anyone I know coming this way).
