I won't recommend adult or family stay.
By Veronica S, 04/15/09
I didnot like the rude and indifferent behavior of the kitchen staff and service. We were given a bill for $23.00 dollars for bannana, oatmill, and danish. The thing is we asked about the contential breakfast and was not given a cost. How ever we were told the cost of hot breakfast was $10.95. The hotel Revenue Manager has to resolved our being treated so poorly by giving us a free breakfast. We exhausted from our 22 hour trip excepted. Mcdonalds was right across the street. We would have gotten better service there. My room toiliet leaked water from under the base and the bath tub was leaking on the floor after taking a shower or bath. The cleaning staff did not want to make beds without being told or vacuuming the floor. The front desk, and enterrtainment coordinator were very help full. Do your research. Be careful incidentals will find there way to your credit card. Look out for those. And do not hesitate to dispute the charges.

this hotel is dirty, unsafe it has mold growing in the back rooms, I took a shower wrote a note on the stemmy mirror and two weeks late its still there...the refrigerator looks like it 50 years old ..the place is just dirty.. I wish you could give a half star. but on the good side the people working there not to bad....I moved to the hampton for $100 a night and it clean and has it all.

Nice reception
By , 01/29/09
- In-room refrigerator and microwave - Good sized bathroom, but odd/worn temperature control in bath tub - Roomy with sofa-sleeper - Good wireless coverage - Fair workspace, the TV can be reoriented for viewing at desk - Tougher traffic on busy thoroughfare - Very close to airport, but fairly quiet - Worn fixtures/room - Hallway a little bit noisy - Nice lobby reception - Ok Priority Club reception, but better at El Paso

Find Another Hotel
By louisec, 08/20/08
.Wish I would have read the reviews. Here for 5 night Aug 2008, and can't even describe the service! 1 Requested a fridge and micro, it wasn't there. Did get them dumped in the room to hook up myself. Fridge quit day 3, all the food was lost.. 2 No remote for the tv, many attemps to get one, but excuses only. Sounds like not a big deal, but cannot get all the channels or games without it!! Grandson was unhappy. 3 Filthy hallways and staircases 4 Morning coffee packets were left, but never sugar or cream packets!! Just try to get those! 5 Tried to use laundry, put money in , no response. 6 Breakfast buffet sucks, not worth $10.95 for dried eggs!!! 7 Everyone passes your call to someone else!!! Nothing is ever resolved. 8 Cleaning service carts left all day in halls with smelly trash, dirty sheets, etc. 9 There is a really nice Hilton Garden Inn down the road 10 The pool is nice...that's about it! I have one more night here....can't wait to leave. Drove 700 miles from NC to attend a wedding.

Gross
By Amy Jane, 07/28/08
The hallways are very noisy. And there was black mold in our bathroom (Room #114) (underneath the sink) and on the bathroom walls above the toilet. The ceilings were filthy, too. I wouldn't go back.

Watch your wallet.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/26/06
We gave this hotel a cash deposit instead of using a credit card. (You know how hotels put a hold on a ridiculous amount? Trying to avoid that.) We booked and purchased our stay online, and would have either had to present our card or give them the cash at check in, and we opted for the latter. Unfortunately, they failed to issue a receipt. When we attempted to get our cash back, both the front desk attendant and the manager on duty refused to refund it. Their OWN POLICY would have required us to give them a credit card (which they didn't have a record of) or give them cash. It stands to reason, then, that they might have assumed that they were in possession of our money. The lack of refund nearly doubled the price of our stay. Additionally, we were promised a telephone call from the GM the next day to straighten the matter out. Nearly three weeks later, no one has called. An e-mail to the hotel chain also went unanswered. We won't be staying at ANY Holiday Inn again, if this is the kind of response we get. Oh, and if you do stay there, try to get as far away from the lobby/front of hotel as you can. The patrons of the in-house nightclub are pretty noisy.

Beware of unjustified charges
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/15/05
It's very close to airport and highway short distance for local business. National and Almo rental car on site. However, the room is not that well insulated, a little bit noiser. The hotel is very close underneath flight path. Tourist bus frequently stop here. Watch the bill, they would charge snack bar even if you haven't touch it. They claim items taken, it would be all up to their words again your. For the price they charge for room, you probably would do much better with other hotel in the area, specially with AAA discount. I had stay with hotel by Marriot and Hyatt in the area in past three month in mutliple times and they are much better and cost about the same. (yes, I was traveling frequently to the area in past three month.)
