This hotel is closed

This hotel closed in 2007. The building is now owned by RPI and is used as dorms. There are other hotels in Troy. None of them are affiliated with this former hotel.

Many bedbugs and ticks in bed

It stayed the hotel last week. Wireless internet was very useful. But... So many bedbug and ticks in bed. I am still very itchy now. Never stay the hotel again. Do not recommend.

They advertise the Best Western Standards: Iron and ironing board in every room FALSE Complimentary in-room coffee/tea makersIN THE BATHROOM Bottled or canned water available on site, 24 hours a day. NO WHERE TO BE FOUND Clocks in all guest rooms. FALSE Music provided in all guest rooms (clock radio).FALSE If you make a reservation, it doesn't matter because when you get there it is not what you requested(i.e. they give you a king size bed when you requested 2 double beds then lie to you and say thats all they have left. When you say that you will leave, they miraculously have a room with double beds.)
