Ruidoso Lodge Cabins, Ruidoso

The cabin as clean, but not what it used to be! Ruidoso Skies. They used to pamper you, bagels, cereals, fresh coffee, creamer, juice milk. You could enjoy the morning right at your cabin. Then they took all the amenities away from the indoor jacuzzi. No more candles, bath salts, etc. I guess the prior owner just spoiled everyone. Now, ther servie is nothing more than what you would get in a motel----well not even that really since there you usually get a breakfast.

Very clean and the decor was very pretty. Sitting on the porch listening to the river is very peaceful. LeeAnn very friendly and helpful. Stayed last October and just booked again for June. Cant wait to get there! Sandy

It is close to all the attractions yet you feel like you are out in nature away from everything. Right on the river and great service!We enjoy the fireplace and taking walks in the mornings. There is no better place to stay if you want the full Ruidoso experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. It was family friendly and with cabins right on the river, it was the perfect location. Can't wait to go back in early October.

The lady that owns the cabins was very rude! We were told that there was no guest allowed. Well we rode our motorcycles up to the cabin to unpack and our friends followed so we could all leave together after we unpacked. The owner showed up about 10 minutes later and asked me if I understood what no guest meant. I told her that she didn't want anyone staying or spending the night. She said "NO... it means NO GUESTS!!". "No guests are allowed here for any amount of time!" I was blown away. They hadn't even set foot in the cabin. They were waiting out on the porch for us! I can understand they don't want their cabins trashed, I'm sure that's the reason for their rule but we were very offended. Needless to say this year we won't be staying there.

quiet, beautifully decorated, attention to detail. perfect for that non motel experience.

We stayed in a wonderful 2 bedroom cabin and were so pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness of the cabin and the grounds. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway with their loved ones.

No hot water and the owners did nothing to help. At 210.00 a night we should have been compensated.
