my room(s) were really neat and spacious. It was much more than what we would have expected and the price was really good. We will be back because we really felt like our business was appreciated and that we got more than we bargained for....we stayed in 221.

I am new to planing a ski trip using the condo lodging. At the time we planned our trip to Red River, there weren't a lot of lodging options due to the holidays. Searching online, I found Lifts West to seem charming, well located, and promising. I contacted the property directly, and they described a unit with a king bedroom with bath "off the living area" and a loft area with a queen bed and bath, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sounded good for our family of 5. The first disappointment was that the king bedroom was not private. This should have been clearly described by the management over the phone before I committed the money. The second disappointment was that the sleeper sofa mattress was unsleepable due to springs poking through. The next disappointments were general condition of the unit. It was run down, poorly lit, and lacking in basic equipment for the kitchen. For example, the bathroom paint job was just terrible. Painted wallpaper, with the old wallpaper exposed at all edges and corners. The towel racks fell off the wall. The upstairs shower leaked into downstairs. The heat was minimally acceptable. The internet service provided was almost unusable due to slowness and silly 1-hour username/password tickets provided (which you have to go to the office to request). And finally, the walls are paper thin, allowing you to hear every discussion in the next unit. I know that condos are "individually owned and therefore have variations in amenities," but this seemed to be an excuse for the management to justify the deficiencies. On the plus side, underground parking is nice and the lobby was pretty.

THIS PLACE WAS SO GREAT WE HAD LOTS OF ROOM,AND IT WAS VERY CLEAN THEY MADE SURE WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!!WE WILL NEVER STAY ANYWERE ELES

It is a very nice place for a family or couples to stay! There is lots of nice grass to play in and a river behind the building. There is a pound, putt putt and game room on the grounds. There is not a swimming pool but a nice indoor and outdoor hot tub.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful especially the Manager, Billy. Yes, sometimes you might have to ask for more towels and yes, you might need to run the dishwasher before preparing a meal and yes, many of the units could use a little updating. (I would not even think of using dishes in any condo before washing!) We have stayed at Lifts West at least 5 times and have been more than satisfied. Thank you Billy for always making our stay great!

I really like how accomadating the Manager was. If you forgot something from home, he was more than willing to go out of his way to help. Housekeeping did have a tendency to be neglectful but the manager made up for it. Blow Dryer, Shampoo, and Extra Towels were my request.

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay during our visit. It was easy to go to visit Angel Fire, Taos, all of the New Mexico towns and not too tired, Go back to our hotel room and crash or walk around the town to look at old sights we had seen in the past. We did not have to worry about how late or early get up or leave because it was the center of our travel. The mountain ridge and the deer coming next to the hotel was wonderful and because it wasn't in season the rates were good for us. We want to go back.

The area is great,the best rooms and service.Great place for shopping.Sking& snowboarding equiptment is leased there.And A Great Lobby. I would love to go back!

The service! Billy, the manager, was so very helpful while planning our reunin last summer. He just made everything work for us! Central location. The catering by the hotel restaurant was wonderful. They made our reunion just what we wanted it to be.
