tienen un pesimo servicio. la mejor opcion es pasar la noche en un hotel dde ruidoso el pueblo de carsbald es feo y no tiene buenos hoteles. los restaurantes de comida mexicana son sucios y la comida deja mucho de que hablar aparte de cara. lo bonito son las cabernas.

Don't waste your time even unpacking and laying your clothing on anything in the room. I changed rooms twice before checking out at 0200 because of bed bugs. This is the most unclean area I have ever been in. Staff laughed at me when I asked to see the room before giving them my credit card. When I checked out due to the bed bugs. They over billed me and wanted to keep more of my money. Don't waist your time or money on this hotel. It is ROTTEN to the core!

Nightmare!!!!

I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. After a long drive, it was the only place that had any rooms left, now I know why. Once checking in the night clerk met us at the room to let us in saying the room keys are "tricky" and used his master key to let us in. Noticed room was filthy, furniture falling apart, bathroom fixtures missing or broken, mold in bathtub, deadbolt broken and a strong musty smell in room. To top things off the same clerk knocked on our door at 10am asking when we are leaving because they only have the housekeepers there for a little while longer. Needles to say we left in a hurry. Will never stay here again, the town is old and needs to be updated. The caverns were great!

I love carsbad NM!

We were here in august and enjoyed it. Also now for X-mas. Rooms are clean, T.V. menu is good. We will be back this summer.

VERY DIRTY and it STINKS VERY BAD

When we checked in at the lobby it was very hot and there was a bad oder in the lobby. I asked the clerk to turn on the AC and he said that it wastes to much energy. There were toys all over the lobby floor and the cnters wre very clutered and dirty. After 10 minutes of trying to check in we finaly did. Whn we went into our room it stunk very bad. The furniture was broken and the sheets to the bed were stained with black marks all over. This was the worst place i ever stayed. PLEASE LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU GO HERE.

Worst Hotel I've Been To

When we arrived at the hotel it took the clerk almost 10 minutes to open the door. We began to ask him the price of a room which is more expensive than it says on here. 65.00 to be exact. The meeting turned when i asked him what the rooms were like. He actually rolled his eyes told us he didn't have any rooms and told us to leave. We left and he watched us leave with his phone in his hand. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! If you want value got to Motel 6 it's 20 dollars cheaper.
