Cheated out of $25!!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied, however, when I got home and checked my debit(credit) card I found an additional $25 charge on my card from them!!! Can't find a way to get in touch with them, and so if not with them will have to get in touch with Best Western directly!

Love the large rooms and the service. So far this is the best place I have stayed on my trip. Recommend to everyone. Check it out!!!!

Unfriendly Manager and Smelly Rooms

The first room we were given smelled of urine (like a retirement home). Upon informing the Manager of the issue, she gave us another room, but was not friendly about it. They made no attempt to fix the issue - in fact they gave that room to the next family that came through (we saw them unpacking). The second room smelled better, but the bathroom still had the urine smell. My wife cleaned the bathtub before we used it, and found hairs in the bathtub. The internet access is not wireless - it's wired only. The continental breakfast was decent, but the same Manager (maybe owner?) was there having her breakfast at the table next to us. This made me uncomfortable as she was still not nice. We were extremely nice the entire time, but she was never friendly to us. I *do not* recommend staying with hotels that do not at least act like they are glad you are staying with them.

Great Hotel can't wait to come back AGAIN

Loved to service they provided. The rooms were just recently renovated and they look GREAT. they are very comfortable and rooms are big. Great Hotel I will Always come here to Stay in Santa Rosa, NM.

Rough around the Edges.

Hotel has been renovated but you can still see it needs alot of work. Great manager. Location very hard for u hauls to get in and out of. Rooms Could use some attention on the housekeeping.
