Unfriendly Manager and Smelly Rooms

The first room we were given smelled of urine (like a retirement home). Upon informing the Manager of the issue, she gave us another room, but was not friendly about it. They made no attempt to fix the issue - in fact they gave that room to the next family that came through (we saw them unpacking).
The second room smelled better, but the bathroom still had the urine smell. My wife cleaned the bathtub before we used it, and found hairs in the bathtub.
The internet access is not wireless - it's wired only.
The continental breakfast was decent, but the same Manager (maybe owner?) was there having her breakfast at the table next to us. This made me uncomfortable as she was still not nice. We were extremely nice the entire time, but she was never friendly to us.
I *do not* recommend staying with hotels that do not at least act like they are glad you are staying with them.
