Clarion Hotel And Conference Center, Cherry Hill

Staid there for a competition. The hotel is filthy. There was a leak in the ballroom right in the middle of performance. The bathrooms were clogged, they ran out of toilet paper and never bothered to replace it. The air conditioning was working very randomly. Do not stay there.

The rooms are filthy. Tthe entire hotel stinks of smoke and rancid food. Half of the bathrooms are not in operation. The ones that work smell like a cesspool. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Only refer your worst enemies to this dump.

Worst experience i have ever had at a hotel.From the dummies at the front desk, to the absent minded maids. I travel 2 weeks of each month,all over the country. This place takes the award for the worst ever

What a terrible experience. The lobby is nice but the rooms are dirty (bread crust on the radiator from an earlier guest) furniture is beat up and old, bathroom floor, tile and wallpaper in bad shape, and the general manager doesn't know hot water from luke warm water. Consider sleeping in your car if this Clarion is your only choice.

I got a price of $50.00 each for two rooms from Priceline, one for us and one for my in-laws, to attend a family reunion. You would think a conference center would be nice, especially when you enter the lobby with marble floor and fancy chandeliers--WRONG!!! The girl at the front, Elena, was extra nice, so I had my hopes high. Unfortunately for me I didn't notice all the dirt in the room right away since we checked in at night and we pretty much only slept there for two nights..we were away most of the time. Let's just say there were DUST BUNNIES on the lampshades on both of our rooms, and I got sick from all the dirt, mold, and dust and couldn't sleep from all the congestion, coughing, and sneezing that caused. The second night I actually ending up sleeping in my car for part of the night. The bathrooms were equally disgusting. The grout between the tiles looked like someone had taken a putty knife and smeared a thin layer of new grout over the old, dirty, mildewy grout. There was mold and mildew on the sink and tub. I am confused as to what the maids actually do while "cleaning" the rooms...I guess watch soaps in Spanish!!! NEVER STAY HERE IF YOU LIKE CLEANLINESS OR IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ASTHMA!

There was nothing I liked about this hotel. could not swim because the pool was closed. All doors were locked. Yet they say they have a pool. WHAT just to look at thru a window. Coffee and a roll for Breakfast was like 6 dollars. Walls are thin people slamming doors at 3AM. never again

Good location, room was clean and restaurant was very servicable. Didn't like that they charged for use of the room safe and then you had to tell them if you didn't use it. Large hotel so if you ask for a room away from the elevator, it could be far away from the elevator.

We had a room booked for 2 nights. The 1st night it smelled fine. The next night it smelt like smoke. We called the front desk and they couldn't change our room or give us airfreshener. Also the room was not clean at all! I've been in nicer hotels for a lower price.

I used this hotel as part of a commuter program at work. For $69.99 per night, I think it is an excellent bargain. The rooms are adequate. The King beds are the more comfortable and the full, fluffy pillows are a good match. I have had the pleasure of one of the Utopia Suites and that was a great experience. The jacuzzi was welcome respite after a long day at work and I have NEVER had a more comfortable hotel bed. In many of the rooms, you can pick up an open WiFi network. Otherwise, high speed modems are avaiable for ~$10. The staff is generally accomodating and willing to fill my requests. A recent staff change has things in a bit of turmoil but they are coming around again. The only complaint I have is for the table service in the restaurant. It takes too long for a server to make the first visit to the table. It also takes a long time to have the food delivered. By comparison, sitting at the bar yields much faster and friendlier service for both food and drink. I generally like it at the Clarion. You can probably find me there about once a week.

well i stayed here for four nights and it was the type of place you feel you must put the chair in front of the door for security. the room it self was okay.poor airconditioning. our room was never cleaned one day. they knock on your door at 8 in the moarning to clean the room. the bathroom isnt pleasing. the carpets had stains looking like someone got murdered there. the staff was very disrespectful. the location was very good. but i would never stay there again.
