I attended a wedding a week ago. There weren't enough chairs/tables, because they had decided to give them to a party next door. This left at least 20 ppl without seats. The lights went out at least 3 times for several minutes, leaving the bride/groom in the dark during the ceremony. Hina Nasir, assistant event coordinator, spent most of her time complaining about the bride's family to her co-workers, within ear reach of the guests. The event coordinator refused to acknowledge any problems. The bride was promised an executive suite at least two weeks in advance. On the day of the wedding, they were informed that there were no executive suites available because they were dirty. The room provided to the bride was extremely filthy and dirty. Please do not choose this location for any event. You will be extremely disappointed.

My husband and I arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. We were very pleased w/ the location because we did not want to be in the heart of a large city. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and invitingly warm. We stayed three nights without any concerns. The room rates were the best around. We look forward to returning to this hotel when we travel to this area again.

Travelocity listing was misleading. Booked King suite for family of 4. King bed/ sofabed room was not a suite. Sofabed was a chair that opened out to sleep one person. Switched to room with two double beds. Breakfast was at restaurant with half price for guests before 10AM. Arrived late at night and didn't make it to breakfast in time. Prices too high, so ate elsewhere. Rooms clean and front desk staff helpful.

I satyed at this hotel first week april. Reasonable rates , Good restaurant though portions very big, rooms clean and neat, very friendly staff who would go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Would recommend to every one
