temple parking
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/11
just to let you know be careful if you park in the temple parking garage my daughter died there by falling through the expansion joint which is wide enough for a 22year old 5'9" size 7,so be careful espcailly if you have children since they refuse to secure it in a manner that would make it safer

Very Satisfied
By BOOGER, 7/11/11
The elevators are never lacking. Push the button. You got an elevator. The room was in the Centurion Tower. It was beautiful. The marble bathroom was magnificent. The beds were indeed luxurious and clean. Everyone I spoke to for help or directions was always gracious and helpful or at least tried to be helpful and that counts with me. Go to the pier shops and rest a minute in one of those beach chairs in front of windows looking down the beach : get postcard photos with your own camera.

NEVER GO BACK! HOPE CAESARS GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!
By Darrell, 4/22/11
Had reservations for a non-smoking, 2 double beds room, preferred oceanfront. We got there said no double bed rooms left, will have to take a king room with a cot. We said that was not going to work, need 2 double beds. They said then that 1 double bed room was available, except it was a smoking room. It was late, we had been driving for a long time and were flat out exhausted, so we said we would try the smoking room. Checked in, went to the room and it was awful. The smoke smell was in everything, we were not going to be able to accept this room. We immediately called the front desk and advised that this room was not acceptable the smoke smell was making it difficult for us to breathe, they said no other rooms were available. We asked to speak to a manager, he said he had a king room only that was non smoking, we said we would have to accept it and maybe tomorrow we could change rooms. Went back down to the check in desk and were told no rooms are available! I spoke directly to the person that my wife had just spoken with and was told, " I did not say that, we don't have any more non smoking rooms at all". Because we booked the room through Expedia they would not talk to us anymore, said we have to talk to OUR 3rd party reservation company. To make a long story short, we called Expedia and they called the hotel 3 times and was told the same thing- we have a room- no we don't have a room, the lady at Expedia could not believe how rude they were and how they will LIE to you. No one at the hotel would say they were sorry, there must have been a mistake, can we offer an upgrade. They did not care, because Expedia had already paid them, with my money! I would not recommend them for anything. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION WITH THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Ended up at Trump Marina hotel, it was a nice hotel with a friendly staff. After this night we left AC and have no plans to return!

Caesars room was awesome
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/13/10
I had done things backwards I booked room and then read reviews. If I had read the reviews first I would never have booked room with Caesars. Thank goodness I did book room!! It was awesome. The room was beautiful and worth every penny. Unfortunetly we had neigbors with friends pounding on door for 15 minutes at 3 in the moring. I tried to ignore but finally called front desk. Security was up within 5 minutes and took care of the situation in no time. There was only one thing that I was a little disappointed in, We did not get any kind of comps and it was our first time there. But other than that I would definately go back. We had an awesome time. The boardwalk was awesome. People were very nice. Going back next year and taking friends with us.

Great Hotel and Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/25/10
We are currently staying at Caesars AC in the Centurion Tower. Our room is spacious, beautiful, extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable and luxurious. Attention to details are great. Staff is very helpful. We are glad we came and will be here for a few days for the car show.

NEVER AGAIN EVEN IF IT MEANT STARVING
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/30/09
Went away for a getaway and we decided to go to the La Pizza Buffet...well let me tell you not only was the line an hour long...after paying 52.00 for 2...to get inside n half the buffet was empty it took them about 20 minutes to restock the hot items ...no crab legs as advertised the shrimp had an odor to die for and the cocunut shrimp was fried to death. The desert station also had alot to be desired...I wouldn't let my dog eat off it...the mess in the area was uncalled for...no staff around to help you nor clean up. dirty dishes, boels n plates.... GROSS Upon leaving I approached the manager to express the dirtiness n awful food he said it happens when they get busy and turned his back to us and walked away. Goes to show that the staff especially management is as bad as the BUFFET!!!

WHAT IS MEANS TO BE DIAMOND MEMEBER
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/16/09
I have been going to this property for a number of years , I received an invitation for New Years eve to spend 2 nights , comp to one of their restaurants 2 tickets to see David Gray, and new years brunch. SOUNDS GREAT! WHEN I GO TO MAKE RESERVATIONS ,I''M TOLD THEY ARE SOLD OUT! REASON BEING HARRAHS GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM SENT OUT 10,000 INVITES ,THE ONLY PROBLEM THEY HAVE ONLY 1100 ROOMS (REAL SMART) I WILL BURN IN MY DIAMOND CARD BEFORE I EVER GO BACK TO CAESARS! I LEARN MY LESSON, THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS THE OLD MIGHTY $$$$ AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF MAKING GOOD ON THIER COMMITTMENTS!!!!!

Problems with the Caesars buffet
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/09
I am a platinum total rewards card holder which I earned at Caesars AC. When I visit the buffet and it is busy I am required to wait in the proper line. I have no problem with that. The first problem occurs when your associates take any and all diamond card holders. I understand that diamond comes first based on play but no other customers are taken until all diamond cards are served. This to me is an unfair practice. Why do you have a platinum line if you don't serve all customers based on their play? The other problem I have is with the buffet itself. A casino in Caesar's class should be ashamed of the quality of the food served at this location.
