Grand Tirolia Kitzbuhel, Seabrook

I go here every summer with my husband and three kids.. We will be back there in one week, and cant wait.... The kids would rather be at the hotel for the day then at the beach.... We have NEVER had a problem with ANY of the staff, they are all very friendly to all... Yes, the breakfast room is small, but you can take the food to your room!! My family is so excited to be there in one week!!!!

The rooms are filthy, black mold in the bathrooms, rugs havent been cleaned in years. Had to do our own housekeeping, they were so slow and lazy!

My only complaint was I couldn't get the internet in my room, Nothing fancy here, just a great place for the family, water slide is great for children, the bouncy house and slide were great, even the water bucket is pretty neat. The help was incredible. Nice and helpful, stayed 4 days and loved every day. The last day the swan boats were supposed to open, when I asked the staff if they were going to be open I was told not till the next day. I advised them I was leaving and we had not gotten to ride them yet and they opened them just to get my family on. Great trip, great place, exceptional staff.

We booked this hotel for a quick last minute weekend trip to the beach...basically chose this hotel for it's location and the rate. The hotel is a short drive from hampton beach and right off the highway so we were very happy with the location and the rate was pretty reasonable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Our room was OK...it's dated...older furnishings but everything was clean. The bed was ok...had rough sheets and one of those bedspreads (i prefer the duvets) but it wasn't bad. The bathroom however was not the best...the toilet seat was scratched up and in general it was outdated...clean but outdated. The biggest issue was the ceiling...there was mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. Nasty. The continental breakfast was good...even though the hotel was very busy we were able to get in to eat right away...however the eggs were just disgusting...they were swimming liquid and were like rubber...the girl that worked there refilled them while we were there and they came in a plastic sealed pouch...gross. They would do better just not to have eggs than to offer the nasty stuff they passed off as eggs. The rest of the foods were good...bagels and danish were tasty and fresh.

My sister has stayed here before and recommended it to us last year, which we took her advice and we so impressed on all the activities my boy had to do. He absolutely LOVED it. We are now booked again this year for July and staying 7 days this year!!! The rates are unbelivable, the breakfast is always stocked and fresh, the employees were very very kind and welcoming. Thank you for offering such a wonderful place for a family vacation at such a reasonable rate !!!!

Best Western Seabrook Inn was our 2nd visit and not our last. Requested a corner room and got it (329, 2nd floor) room size was great with a refrig. and coffee maker w/TV. Far enough away from the rooms overlooking the pool, most families with small children look to occupy these rooms. The breakfast was just enough to get you started for the day. A/C worked great, shower presser great and outside chairs for reading.

we love the location kids are having a great time,just what vacations are for.the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recomend this for anyone who have children to come here

I marked Location as the highest because for us, this location is perfect for where we go during the time we are in New Hampshire. Since 2004, we've stayed here. For some, this may be a little off the beat and path, even though it's right off 95. While it isn't the cleanest place I've stayed, it is what it is for the price. I have no real complaints except the following: For some reason the staff doesn't understand we take two showers a day, thus that means 4 towels per day. They seem a little irate that we want 4 towels a day, but the place isn't 100% booked, so what is the problem? We tip WELL..and, Trust me, if I were going to steal towels they would NOT be these! Secondly, they don't place people very well within the hotel. While this is a family type hotel, there are single and couples only coming in--Placing a couple on the back row where all the kids and animals are, isn't very smart. Since it's the holiday time we're there, most kids have fireworks and we've had to call and complain about it more than once. I think keeping families on the back rows are great, it keeps the kids entertained--but don't put people back there that you know need peace and quiet. Breakfast here is a hit/miss. If you aren't there early, you'll 'miss' it for sure. But the hotel is located no more than a mile from all kinds of places to eat. And it's not far from the racetrack, if you're into that sort of thing (we aren't). All in all, these are my real only complaints.

This motel is right off 95 in Seabrook. Have not been there for many years and boy has it gone down hill since !! Rooms are older and not cleaned very well. Desk clerk Jodi stated that they are short staffed. She is not friendly at all and told us that if we didn't like it, there is a brand new Holiday Inn Express located just minutes away. We needed to stay in this area so we decided to check it out, thanks Jodi !! We did stay there and loved it, we will NEVER return to the Best Western Seabrook Inn again !! Also, they have a petting farm that stinks to high heaven !! Best Westerns are really going down hill when they allow their signs on places like these !!

we booked this hotel becuase it was the cheapest in the area, if we had more time we could have enjoyed all the stuff they had to offer (we plan on going back next year to do so). the room was nice, 2 big beds, tv, heat/air conditioning, nice bathroom with sink outside so one can brush their teeth and do their hair while the other takes a shower. the breakfast was good, bagels, oj, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, donuts, danishes, hard boiled eggs, muffins... they had a small dining area to eat in too if you wanted. we went just before the end of the season so all the kdis stuff was there. kids pool, adult pool, another pool for the water slide, a little fairis wheel, petting zoo, and ponys and deer. there's also a playground and other schedualed activites. oh yeah and free wireless internet.
