Great family getaway!
By FrancesJ, 07/30/09
Best Western Seabrook Inn was our 2nd visit and not our last. Requested a corner room and got it (329, 2nd floor) room size was great with a refrig. and coffee maker w/TV. Far enough away from the rooms overlooking the pool, most families with small children look to occupy these rooms. The breakfast was just enough to get you started for the day. A/C worked great, shower presser great and outside chairs for reading.

This will be our 5th year to stay here...
By Tammy D, 03/18/08
I marked Location as the highest because for us, this location is perfect for where we go during the time we are in New Hampshire. Since 2004, we've stayed here. For some, this may be a little off the beat and path, even though it's right off 95. While it isn't the cleanest place I've stayed, it is what it is for the price. I have no real complaints except the following: For some reason the staff doesn't understand we take two showers a day, thus that means 4 towels per day. They seem a little irate that we want 4 towels a day, but the place isn't 100% booked, so what is the problem? We tip WELL..and, Trust me, if I were going to steal towels they would NOT be these! Secondly, they don't place people very well within the hotel. While this is a family type hotel, there are single and couples only coming in--Placing a couple on the back row where all the kids and animals are, isn't very smart. Since it's the holiday time we're there, most kids have fireworks and we've had to call and complain about it more than once. I think keeping families on the back rows are great, it keeps the kids entertained--but don't put people back there that you know need peace and quiet. Breakfast here is a hit/miss. If you aren't there early, you'll 'miss' it for sure. But the hotel is located no more than a mile from all kinds of places to eat. And it's not far from the racetrack, if you're into that sort of thing (we aren't). All in all, these are my real only complaints.

Not so clean !!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/05/07
This motel is right off 95 in Seabrook. Have not been there for many years and boy has it gone down hill since !! Rooms are older and not cleaned very well. Desk clerk Jodi stated that they are short staffed. She is not friendly at all and told us that if we didn't like it, there is a brand new Holiday Inn Express located just minutes away. We needed to stay in this area so we decided to check it out, thanks Jodi !! We did stay there and loved it, we will NEVER return to the Best Western Seabrook Inn again !! Also, they have a petting farm that stinks to high heaven !! Best Westerns are really going down hill when they allow their signs on places like these !!

could be great fun if you don't have plans elsewhere
By Michelle, 10/14/07
we booked this hotel becuase it was the cheapest in the area, if we had more time we could have enjoyed all the stuff they had to offer (we plan on going back next year to do so). the room was nice, 2 big beds, tv, heat/air conditioning, nice bathroom with sink outside so one can brush their teeth and do their hair while the other takes a shower. the breakfast was good, bagels, oj, milk, coffee, tea, cereals, donuts, danishes, hard boiled eggs, muffins... they had a small dining area to eat in too if you wanted. we went just before the end of the season so all the kdis stuff was there. kids pool, adult pool, another pool for the water slide, a little fairis wheel, petting zoo, and ponys and deer. there's also a playground and other schedualed activites. oh yeah and free wireless internet.

Better luck next time!
By Steven, 08/23/07
Gee gosh, where do I start? Check in time is at 4:00pm. And i do mean 4:00pm, and NOT a minute sooner. Asked for a non smoking room. The room smelled like an ashtray. I know they did the best they could but YIKES it was grotesque. Location is alright. The place has pleasant diversions, petting zoo, animals, cardboard cutouts etc. What I did enjoy was it was reasonably hidden from the highway. I'll pass my next time, and sleep in the car.

GREAT for little 1's BUT........
By CARMINE, 08/22/06
NOT for the older ages. Yes for the price we got it for was what i would have paid. Nothing higher. Stains on the ceiling and carpet. Should have been replaced and repainted. Removeal of all the cobwebs and "dust bunnies". There too. The cleaning staff surely needs a refresher course. Next real problems I saw was w/the small breakfast area. You gotta be kidding me. This place was way to small in deed for the crowds that flock here? They really need to think about switch the office area w/ what they use now. Or even rebuilding a whole seperate building. Just to "house" the crowds. Room 101 should go back to being a regular room again. Next the trucks that arrive; they should have their own entrance area. They take up way to many parking spaces. Maybe each car should be assigned a parking spot near their room #. The only reason for our stay here was for another shot at whale watching. We always choose a Best Western. I was surprised tho being a Best Western. It had to be the closeness of the beaches? Was my guess?

Great place to return
By Matt, 08/19/06
I see some people complaing about the kids stuff not being there. IT IS there, it's just started and stopped on a schedule. Read the schedule. I have brought my kids there for four years and they absolutely love it. From dawn to dusk, they are entertained in every corner. The best people person there is by far the animal guy. He loves the kids and is also very attentive and protective of the animals. I will keep bringing my kids as long as they still enjoy it. They've also expanded the last time i was there to include boats on a little frog pond. Real cute. I love the fact that i can let my kids run all day and not worry about them. Only people with bracelets are allowed on-site.

Best bang for the family buck!!
By Daniel, 07/31/06
Really the only reson to stay here is for the kid-friendly atmosphere. It is less than 1 mile from route 95. There is a water slide, a kiddie pool with frog slide, a petting farm, and a host of other activities for the kids. With Hampton and Salisbury beach a few miles away it's location is prime. An extensive continental breakfast and reasonable rates it is the perfect place for a family stay. Can't wait to go back.
