Comfort Inn Las Vegas, Las Vegas

Would not go for the shear fact a certain front desk person named Heather is such a rude beeotch. She should do mankind a favor and jump off the roof of the MGM. If you do stay here, make sure you don't leave anything there or you will never see it again! Housekeepers, you were all nice.

we had to stay at a hotel because we missed our flight and we stayed at the confort inn and we has cockroaches and they only offerd us a 10% discount it was load and the room was dirty.

Our flight was delayed and we had to spend another night in las vegas, but in order to save some money in taxi and hotel we look for something closer to the Airport and with easy access for transportation. This Inn is very close to the airport and to the main casinos in the strip. Not to mention ammenities that come in handy. free Airport-Hotel and Hotel-Airport transportation, free breakfast, free wireless internet, free transportation to Las Vegas Strip. If we had know about this place before we bought our Flight-Hotel package we would have stayed here all 3 nights. If your planing to visit Las Vegas and want to save some moeny that you can spend gambling, I recomend staying at this Inn. It even has a cooking range and a microwave, and considering the fact tha when you're in las vegas you spend most of the day out. At the end of the day we just need a good place to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2007. We stayed for three nights and each night we were there, there was no problems at all. The only problem was that there was no safe in the room or places to store food. The swimming pool was also tiny and very shallow, perfect for kids - not for tall adults :P Anyway, i would deffinetly go back to this hotel. :]

First: the location was excellent. We were near everything, though we spent most of our days out visiting the many parks that surround the city. The hotel is nicely kept on the outside, and people were generally nice. But not exactly skilled. The maids forgot towels on three of the four days we were there. After calling the office twice one day asking for towels (they didn't bring them the first time) , my husband finally went to the office and discovered that they didn't remember what room we were in. The maids didn't clean the room thoroughly: there was trash left on the counter, and the counters were dirty. One of our room key cards didn't work, even after three trips to the office. The room with the breakfast was very small and very crowded. They really should take a few dining tables out and have people take the food back to their rooms. It was nearly impossinble to move without bumping into someone.

Stayed here for4 days from Dec 22 to Dec 26. luggages were opened and 1 back pack taken on Dec 25.Reported to management. on Dec 27 came back at 3:30 a.m door was open at 5:30 p.m suddenly and door closed.woke up and found another back pack with all electronics including camcoders et all lost. The manager was nice and told us that he will refund the money for our stay which was nice on his part but hey lost about 1k worth of stuff..v.v.bad experience.pl.pl.pl stay away from this hotel ..again avoid yourself a bad experience and lose money in casino not luggage and property in hotel and if u do happen to stay in this hotel never leave ur bags taken them with u in car and when u come back lock all doors dead bolt etc..come one it is a vacation so avoid this or dont take valuables to this property

We stayed at THE COMFORT INN hotel on July 9th 2005. Went out for dinner and our luggage was taken from our locked room. Found out from the manager that 3 guest room keys were cut and not just the two for my wife and for me. Entry to our room occurred at 9:15PM with a guest key. Also the manager accidently disclosed another room had bags stolen that same night.The management said it was not responslble for anything taken from guest rooms. Choice Hotel chain said the Comfort Inn hotels are privately owned and to deal with the hotel ownership. To date, no word has been received from the hotel to investigate this incident with their employees. Las Vegas Police Department would not investigate a non emergency incident and took my info for insurance purposes only.STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL CHAIN AND YOU COULD SAVE YOURSELF FROM GREAT HEART BREAK FROM THE LOSS OF YOUR VALUABLES.

The room was disgusting! It is definitely a "rent by the hour hotel"! The floor was sticky! There was blood on the bathroom wall next to the trash can. The carpets were filthy. Mentioned the condition to the general manager, Kevin....and he promised the room would be cleaned thoroughly that day....no difference. Floor was STILL STICKY! Disgusting! We despirately tried to get into any other hotel....eveyone was booked. We went out and bought new pillows, sheets, blanket and towels! Pay the money...stay someplace nice!

the room was nice and comfy. had everything you would need for an extended stay ie: microwave, fridge,forks,knives,spoons,cups,sink no place to store any food tho ! there was no safe in the room ,the pillows were way to soft had to sleep on 2 ,room service came 1 time in the 4 days we were there had to get our own clean towels every day. It was really far from the strip and the shuttle would only take you to the mgm grand and would not pick you up after 10 pm.

This place was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. I was in Vegas for a special event, and had booked the hotel reservation online for two nights. I decided to stay an extra night, and even on the busy weekend I was there, they made room for me for one more night. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Vegas, this is it!
