This hotel is horrible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/22/10
Everything about this hotel was awful. Rooms were cheap looking, electrical outlet was messed up, so we had no lights. Bathroom is ok, but no hairdryers, or irons. The Casino was fine, but the rooms were over priced. I would never stay there again.

Watch for signs on the wall
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/30/09
We stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms were nice, and the price was right. One problem. My husband hit a big jackpot. Even the workers were excited about it. The manager was called, and she would not pay it out. She took him by the arm over to a sign on the wall that said payouts were made by discression of the management, and she declined to pay. Needless to say, we don't stay there any more.

Lousy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/07/09
The last time I stayed in the Lady Luck I was put in the back with the Hookers and drunks. The air did not work, the carpet was filthy and hookers were standing in the hallway making proprositions. I went to the dest and the girl pretended she didn't know what I was talking. When I finished they put me and my guest in the Tower. How ever I will never stay there again.

not told it was closing
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/08
I visited the Lady Luck in 2005 and loved it. The next time I bragged to freinds about the hotel and casino and they all agreed we should stay there on our next trip to Vegas. Well I made the reservations and when we got there they were getting ready to close and I was never told that while making my reservations. There restaurants were closed and the rooms were not clean and there was no aminaties. The help had just been told they were out of a job so they were no help. I would never stay there again . I felt like we were duped into paying full price and getting just a quarter of what we should have gotten.

vacation from over seas
By PatF, 02/29/08
The place was great. We stayed in the back where they had a garden type court yard. You could sit on the benchs and listen to the music and have all the privacy you wanted. We really liked the lady luck and we have stayed at the Golden Nugget, 4 Queens and the Horse Shoe. Of all these places we really liked LadyLuck. Hopefully it will have finished renovation/remodeling and will be available somewhere around July. Thank You.

Hurry and Open
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/08/08
The worker were kind they took the time to learn you name and never forgot from year to year. It was big enough and just small enough to find your way around without getting lost. Oh to you people who complain about the smoke, go to a smokeless casino or better yet stay home, bet you don't mind getting drunk and do we complain.
