A microwave and a fridge does not make a suite.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/23/11
This hotel has seen better days, one would hope. It looks hastily remodeled, with new paint, carpets and linens. You do have to go outside to get to the elevators. Tthe room is small for a suite. The desk chair doesn't even fit between the bed and desk; so they shoehorned it between the desk and dresser. All the appliances (Clock, coffeemaker, microwave, etc) were unplugged and involved moving furniture to plug in. The place is a little hard to find, as mentioned by others. And despite being an "Airport" hotel, the car rental clerk had never head of it. The only staff I met was the desk clerk, who was more interested in her cell phone. The breakfast was OK, with defrosted eggs and biscuits in a warmer. When I mentioned to the clerk that I was leaving before breakfast on my last day, and did they have snack bags, she had never heard of such a thing. I've stayed in worse. But, this is pretty pitiful for a Wyndham Suites.

Remodel
By CONCERNED, 2/11/10
Stayed at the Hotel just after the new remodel. Very reasonable for what you get. Was very nice and clean, Rooms all have flat screen TV's and now serve Breakfast in the morning. I's go back.

New renovation :)
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/09
This was my family's first time here and it was a little off the beaten path, but I stayed here and one night and the price was right and customer service was great! We all are human...... I was impressed on the rooms look and how clean It was. Yes you can tell that It was renovated and that is a plus! but we all are pinching our pennies together and want to have a good time here but still have to go home needing gas and food so years ago this motel did have some problem but I feel they are on the right track, and still have to do a few things like; the doors need's to be sealed so the cold air don't come in and hall ways are cold too, because it is open to the out side? The kitchenette was a plus for those who rather pick up something for the family and save some money here and there. We were satisfied with the hot breakfast and the work out room. I would stay here again and tell m friends as well. I'm Just happy to not pay a arm and a leg for a saturday night stay and no theft!!!!!!!!!. Good Luck to the new builders and staffing.

Don't get near it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/28/08
Nothing worked in my room. No TV, no phone, there was not a coffee maker. They promised to fix it the next day but nothing was fixed except the TV. They didn't bring the coffee maker, and forgot to service the room, too. I booked it for 2 days and was busy with work so I was too tired to find another place, unfortunately. They also charge the full amount at the very first day and made me sign a no refund contract before I even saw the room. Stay away! spend few more dollars and get what you deserve!

Lacking in Many Ways
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/18/07
This place was located close to my destination. I chose the king bed suite. The room looked okay. There were many things that I thought should have been standard; like an alarm clock (or any type of clock), a hair dryer, keenex, garbage cans. The room did come with one garbage can but it was under the kitchen sink. There was no garbage cans in the bathroom. I called down to the lobby to see if there was a hair dryer. They said that there might be one but had to check. The parts of the stove under the burners were wrapped in foil. The freezer in the fridge wouldn't shut. There was no counter space in the bathroom, it was just a sink. The shower temperature was inconsistent, going from hot to cold. The shower curtain wasn't long enough for the shower and kept leaking water all over the floor. Overall, the room looked okay but upon staying there two nights I found too many problems.

Stay at your own risk
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/15/07
VERY bad neighborhood, with VERY bad management and accommodations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. They brag about renovations, HA what a joke. They spout off about breakfast, what? Old sweet rolls and coffee are considered breakfast. Pool was dirty so we didn't swim. We were supposed to stay three nights, but checked out the next day. Motel 6 was much better than this dump. Again, stay at your own risk!!!

Spend the extra $10 bucks to stay somewhere else
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/8/07
First the hotel is located down a side street and was difficult to find. When I first arrived, I wasn't sure if I was checking into a hotel room or buying crack. There was a retarded kid in the lobby burping, making noises and sitting on the only internet computer terminal the whole weekend. When I got into my room, everything was clean, except the shower handles where broken and with a bit of skill I was able to get it to work. This hotel lets kids have parties and ragers till all hours of the night. Our entire room hallway was full of drunk kids and other hotel patrons came out to yell at them. It sucked. My friend had a room on the third floor with a kitchen but it was infested with roaches. The clerk at the front was really cool and gave her a discount because of it. The "Continental Breakfast" was toast, bagels, and cereal. They ran out of milk. I heard a rumor they are going to tear this place down and build something new there. I hope they do. Spend the extra $10 or $20 bucks at a respectable hotel instead of this place. It was forever be known to me as "Motel Hell".

Stay at your own risk!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/14/07
My stay here was less then desirable…. It started with the rude front desk staff that didn’t acknowledge my presents while standing in front of them to the most unclean room I’ve ever stayed in. The room had cigarette burns in the carpet, DNA (or what looked that way) on the floor between the beds, blood spattered on the bathroom wall, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I reserved a no-smoking room but was pigeon holed into the smoking room. They were not willing to change my room. I was schedule to stay for four nights, but left immediately. It appears this motel has not been properly maintained over the years. I was so amazed I took several pictures of this room I wish I could post them. Good luck if this is your choice.
