Hardman House, Carson City

For the price, the Hardman House is hard to beat. Centrally located in the heart of Carson City, easy walking to many of the area's must see destinations, you need to consider the Hardman House for your next visit. The hotel is rather old, but clean, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is slightly above your basic contential fare, but nothing to write home about. If you are like me and likes sleeping with the window open, I would recommend staying on the north side of the hotel as to avoid the traffic noise. The reason for the 4 star rating is due to the fact that the hotel could use an modern update to the rooms. I would have gladly paid more for a updated room. Overall, I would recommend the Hardman House without reservation.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was very good. The underground parking was a good feature. The location was convenient to downtown. It was right next door to a bridge club which is very nice for bridge players. Outside the hotel, the traffic noise was considerable, but inside it was acceptable. The price was higher than I expected based on the search ad and they declined to consider any discounts for that particular weekend. Still it was a nice experience and we would return.

The staff are very helpful and they gave us discount because we were there for medical appointments. Excellent resturant recomondation as well, and a nice breakfast. Thanks for all.

My recent stay at the Hardman House was great! As always, the rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. The continental breakfast is above the rest. Can't wait for my next visit.

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff - really clean and tidy and quaint - Although Carson ain't that big after a 5hr drive it was the oasis we needed and the Hardman Hotel topped it off - Thankyou for a lovely time!

My husband and I stayed here two nights. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly, even suggesting a place to have dinner and it was a great place. The room was very clean and quiet. One of the best hotels we have stayed at! Will stay again.
