Old Residence Inn with detached buildings?

This appears to be an old Residence Inn. The rooms are all outside entrances on seperate little buildings. Quite a walk from our room to the lobby. The room was dated, as was the outside. Our room was large, seperate cooking area, but the rates seemed too high for the age. We felt our room was dusted, not thoroughly cleaned. I think there are better choices in Lincoln for the same money. The location was hard to find, up a street leading to a community college.

Large family group stayed here for wedding

Thought rooms were hard to find, with so many people w/ rooms difficult to find family members rooms. The bride and groom had a suite here and were told they would be in an area away from the rest of the family. But they were in the same building as the brides parents and directly across from the grooms grandmother. Also, I was concerned about some of the sidewalks they were broken and uneven, big fall risk..

Stay here, you'll love it

My room was more like a studio apartment than a hotel. My kitchen had granite countertops and the bedding looked like something from a four star hotel. They serve a real breakfast, not just juice and donuts like some places. There is a grocery store directly behind it and a mall barely a half mile up the road. The layout is nice and the staff is great. Of all the hotels I've stayed at in Lincoln, this is by far my favorite.

An Unknown Gem!!!

I am supprised that more people don't know about the Chase Suites. It is a great place!!! We stumbled onto the Chase Suites one time about 3 years ago and I will never stay in another place in Lincoln! Everything is fabulous here! The staff is very friendly, their food is great, and the rooms are not only HUGE but clean as a whistle! My family has had multiple reunions here and I make sure everyone I know stays here whenever they are in Lincoln.

Its the only place to go!!

Having traveled around the world, I would rate this location among the best. The personnel were quite friendly and were knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Didn't see or experience anything that was bad or unsanitary. I would highly recommend a stay at this suite hotel.

Disappointed

The over all service was very nice but when it came to cleanliness I was rather shocked. For a hotel of to state that all of their rooms are non-smoking I found it rather unappealing to have cigarette ashes in my folded towel, in the other bathroom there was a twig from a bush folded into the wash cloth. :::shaking my head:::: I was very surprised and not in a positive way.

Traveling on business and spent the night there on 2-14-06. Homelike atmosphere in the room. Continential breakfast was what I call an expanded continential. Was very clean and also had a staff available to assist. I plan on taking the grandchildren to this motel in the near future.

Best hotel in Lincoln,ne

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. I would give this an excellant rating on everything including the rooms, lobby receptionist, breakfast, cleanliness throughout the hotel,etc. We keep returning to this hotel.
