Great, Comfortable Stay
By Gordon, 12/02/09
This is my second stay here, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was especially friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations! This property is under going a remodel which every traveler knows what that means. The hallways and lobby were a bit of a mess, but this is to be expected. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet room at a great rate.

Very outdated, dirty and impersonable
By Shana, 03/08/09
After staying at the triple crown, I suggest that you spend the extra twenty bucks and go elsewhere. The "newly remodeled" room had towels that were stained, the mattresses were dirty and smelt like smoke, the sheets smelt terrible too and had blood stains, and the bathrooms had chipped toilet seats and 70's model shower and tub. Staff was very rough, and impersonable. No ice machines, cable or even clocks in our room. Location was very noisy, dirty and pretty sketchy. Homeless seem to run the neighborhood.

Room With A Fireplace For Under $60.00 - Amazing!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/08
My husband and I were passing through Great Falls, Montana this past weekend on our way to Edmonton, Canada. We didn't have reservations to stay at a particular hotel. While driving around through the downtown area, we stumbled aonto the Triple Crown Motor Inn. So glad we did! We received amazing value for our dollar. We stayed in a room that was undergoing renovations - it had hardwood floors, original artwork, and a plasma style fireplace. Best of all we paid $58.82, including taxes - amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations regarding lunch and dinner choices. We plan on staying at the Triple Crown on our way home to Los Angeles and telling all of our friends about this wonderful little motel we found.

Great Staff!
By KathyS, 03/04/08
We stayed at the Triple Crown Motor Inn last weekend - glad we gave it a try! The best part of the Triple Crown is the amazing staff - they really try hard to ensure their guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. We did notice a BIG difference in the quality of their rooms, so don't assume all rooms have hardwood floors and fireplaces - they don't! This motel is undergoing a cosmetic remodel. The room we had our first night was in the wing they have not started remodeling. It was clean and quiet, but nothing special - old shag carpet, etc. But, our second night they were able to move us into a room that was about 75% remodeled. The only way to describe this room is ... WOW! What a difference. Hardwood floors, memory foam mattress, fireplace and original artwork on the walls. The manager likes to say they are trying to create a "wow factor" in the remodeled rooms ... when the guests open the door to their room they go "wow". If our room the second night is any indication of their progress, they're on the right track! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed chatting with the friendly staff - they're terrific (definitely the best part of the motel and the obvious reason the Triple Crown is rated number one in customer satisfaction)!

Exceptionally Clean Room, Very Friendly Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/07/08
Stayed at the Triple Crown last month because of a recommendation from a good friend that had recently stayed there for a week - glad we gave it a try! Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet! It seemed the housekeeping department paid close attention to detail in our room - everything was spotless, including the hardwood floors. Loved the convenience of the motel - seven blocks from the Civic Center (where we attended a play), a mile from Expo Park where we attended a concert, and within easy walking distance of great museums, restaurants and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff -they are terrific! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet room at a great price conveniently located to all the best sites Great Falls offers.

Great Falls Best Kept Secret
By ROBERT, 01/05/08
I found out about the Triple Crown Motor Inn on this website and because of the reviews, decided to give it a go. Sure glad I did! You can't beat the value. It offers quite larged sized very clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds. The fridge and microwave were new, and even though the winds were blowing the room was toasty warm. The staff are friendly plus and were very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. (Be sure to eat breakfast or lunch at The Top Notch Diner just a few steps away) The location is central and close to anything you might like to do while staying in Great Falls.

What A Great Find!!
By AlbertaGirl, 01/02/08
I can't say enough good about Triple Crown Motor Inn. The staff go above & beyond to make you feel at home - our room was spotless clean and the bed was soooo comfortable! I do quite a bit of travelling and you simply can not beat the value of Triple Crown. The free high speed wireless was lightening fast - faster than I get at home. This was truly a nice surprise. I spent a week here and have to also give a big thumbs up to The Top Notch Diner about 1/2 a block away. Incredible home cooking at unbelievable prices. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Great Falls that is a short drive to great shopping, and great food - don't hesitate to stay here. Your wallet will thank you!!

Sketchy area!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/31/07
We just spent 2 nights at the Triple Crown Motor Inn, and although it isn't the worst place we've stayed, it leaves a lot to be desired! The staff were really nice, but the place is very bare bones, no ice machine, not even clocks in the rooms! We stayed in one of the "newly renovated" rooms for $58.00 per night. Even though the room had new laminate flooring (which is very noisy, by the way) and the beds looked to be new, the tub and toilet look like they are original from the 70's, all chipped etc. The sink was about 12" lower than a standard sink and I was afraid it was going to fall off the wall if we leaned on it! The room seemed to have no heat except an electric space heater that just barely took the chill off the room. The towels were extremely small and felt like sandpaper. Both nights that we were there, we were awakened in the night by sirens and people yelling outside. On the upside, it was clean! We decided to stay in Great Falls another night and went to the Comfort Inn and paid $10. more per night!! The difference is night and day, and I wish I had known and booked the Comfort Inn first!

Try It, You'll Love It!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/07
We just returned from staying a few nights at the Triple Crown Motor Inn in Great Falls, Montana and were surprised at what we got for the price. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and, most importantly, it was quiet!!! (we were there Veteran's Day Weekend and the place was packed). The staff were friendly, helpful , and best of all, they had great senses of humor. Our favorite member of the "staff" was Josh. Who's Josh, you ask? Josh is a miniature black & tan dachshund that is on "duty" whenever the General Manager is working - he is too cute! If you're lucky (and we were) he jumps off his bed and comes into the lobby to greet you, and somehow he makes you feel special that he welcomed you to the motel. You can tell he's "the boss" the way everyone "oohs & aahs" over him. The continental breakfast choices were quite decent, the Starbuck's Coffee was a nice touch. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the motel is currently undergoing renovations. The staff does a great job of minimizing any inconvenience to their guests; we're anxious to see the final product. We highly recommend that you check this motel out; we're sure you won't be sorry!
