I booked a night here - a little hesitant based on the cost ($40.00) but since I was just passing through, I thought I would give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! Although the room was older, it was extremly clean and appeared in very good condition (no rust or tears in the carpeting/walls). Despite the age of room, it smelled nice and was fairly large in size. I was surprised to find designer soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and small vanity desk with lights by the clothes rack. The location of the motel is in a very quiet part of town so I didn't have any noise disturbances in the evening while I slept. The staff was very friendly throughout my experience from when I called to make the reservation and also when arrived for the late check in. I am glad I stayed this motel, it was much nicer and cleaner than some of newer/more expensive inns/main stream motels I've stayed while traveling in Montana.
