OMG!! You have got to be kidding me ...
I don't think there was one good thing about this place. I got in really late after a long drive and keep in mind their hallways were the longest freakin hallways ever! I checked in and found my room finally and when I got in there I realized they had checked me in to a dirty room! So I had to walk all the way back to the lobby and he gave me 2 keys and told me to try both rooms, well, the first one was dead bolted and the second one was gross. I stuck it out for the night, though. The next morning I was waiting for my boyfriend to fly in and get on their complimentary shuttle to the hotel and they wouldnt answer the front desk phone and I went down there, sure enough there was someone sitting right there. When I went to go back to my room, lo and behold, it wouldn't open. So, I went back to the lobby to get new keys and they didn't work. Housekeepers tried to open it and they couldnt. So, i was locked out. My boyfriend finally gets there after waiting at the airport forever and we had to visit in the stifiling hot lobby while we waited for maintence from another hotel to come and get it unlocked. They let us sit in another room and while we were sitting there, the fire alarm went off and it was ear piercing!! We had to go outside to escape the awful noise. When we finally got into our room the fire alarm kept going on and off, so we just got the you know what out of there and don't ever plan on going back. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and never had a problem but this was ridiculous. Very disappointed maybe a little traumitized from this. Dont stay there!!!
