Residence Inn by Marriott St. Louis Westport Plaza, Maryland Heights

Service was lousy. The maid spilled food right in my door way looked like yougurt or rotten milk was never cleaned up till I did two weeks later. I brought the matter to the front desk but no one ever did anything. There was a broken beer bottle three feet from my door I again brought the matter up...I ended up cleaning up with the rotton milk or yogurt. There were a constant supply of candy wrapers all over the property. The computer was great to have when it worked. I asked the front desk what the problem is they said they could fix it but didnt have access since that part of the computer was locked down. One or both the computers were down about 50% of my 5 week stay. I did most of my cleaning myself but got tired of no vacuum I asked for one and the maid came and said dont expect me to do this for you. The buffet in the morning is great. On the weekends though its mostly caotic since they are full then and never prepared for it. The shuttle they advertised didnt seem to be avaliable for use by me then I when I could finally get something set up for my final ride to the airport then they suddenly said no more shuttle. Thats it didnt want to accomidate me or anything. I had to push and insist since I paid over 3,000 for my stay I figured they could honor services they said were included. I had a leaky dishwasher which I complained about and they never fixed it. This was very dangerous since I would run the dishwasher and forget and slip in the water. The staff just doesnt care about the guests and should think about how best to serve their guests. They did have nice newly remodeled rooms but mine had a fire and my feet were black if I didnt wear shoes inside. I will not stay here again and if you have kids or your a senior really dont recommend it....Its Dangerous! The
