The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Nice place and a nice place to stay as far as comfort and cleanliness. People were friendly at the check in and during the stay. However their organization and management skills have a lot to be desired. First some important notes on the end stand were taken by housekeeping. Management and housekeeping went and found them in the dumpster after about an hour. I give them a lot a credit and they were quire cordial. However checking out was a disaster. Wrong name and address was on my bill. This goes to question how I was allowed to get two replacement keys for the room! The in attempt to fix this even prior to check out, it took three days and multiple phone calls to correct the name, address and priority club number on the invoice. I will have to see if the priority club points really show up for this week long stay. After all the baloney, it really spoiled what could have been a wonderful week otherwise.
I give them two stars for service for dumpster diving but take away three for all the time it took just to get the name corrected on the invoicing. Conveniently for them though, they had the right credit card number the entire time!
