We rather not go back.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/13/09
The rooms were dusty & dirty. The bedspread had spots. The furniture & lamp shades were dusty. We found a piece of pizza on the shelf in the closet. There was a terrible issue of a big group being let into the swimming pool by the side door.

Horrible hotel. Worst experience yet.
By Susan, 01/15/09
The staff was rude (if not criminal), the rooms were dirty and the shuttle service was extremely slow. I called ahead and was told about a park and fly special. I arrived aproximately 5-10 minutes later (mind you it was at 4 am, not many people checking in at that time). The guy asked if I had just called, etc. He offered me a "special" rate since it was so late and I had been traveling all night. I gratefully signed the invoice without looking too closely. I asked if I needed a permit to park and was told no. I moved my car to the back lot and noticed that every other car had a permit. I went back to ask again about it. He acted quite surprised that I planned on parking for more than a day. He then proceeded to tell me that there wasn't anything he could do since he had rung me up without the permit. He then offered to give me the permit if I gave him $40 in cash and "didn't tell anyone". I was exhausted and didn't want to deal with arguing about it, so I gave it to him. Then he asked me if I could make it $50. I told him no because I honestly didn't have any more cash. That was the beginning of my stay. When I got to the room there was a stain on the mattress, really gross. I did not want to deal with the hustler at the front desk, so I just slept on the couch. To top if off the shuttle took 25 minutes to pick me up from the hotel and 40 minutes to pick me up from the airport upon my return. Truly, the WORST hotel experience of my life.

Not my favorite Comfort Inn
By Robin C, 09/07/08
Whenever we travel, we usually choose the Comfort Inn. I was not overly impressed by this paticular hotel. The bathroon & tub had hairs on the floor & in the tub. We stayed for 2 days & never did they disappear. Parking was a nightmare and they expected you to park at 1 of their other hotels some 15 blocks away. They had a large family reunion going on in 1 of the conference rooms which spilled out into the lobby area which made it impossible to have the FREE breakfast. We had to go to the Waffle House across the street. They advertise free wireless. When I went to use it I was told that you had to go to the lobby which was crazy because of the reunion. They also have double beds, hard for 2 adults to sleep in. The Travelogde across the street even had Queen beds and would have been less expensive. Was Using the fitness room ( which isn't much) when a bunch of young kids came in and began horsing around even with their parents htere when signs clearly said no one under 18 may use the equipment. Front desk staff not very friendly. If I were to go back, I would be sure that there are no big groups scheduled and I would check out the room prior to checking in.

Excellent hotel for the Price Value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/08
We were impressed by this hotel as it sits very close to the Airport and the shuttle service is complementary. We arrived very late and found the Restaurant closed. My room was nicely decorated and beds were soft. I'm happy that I found this hotel in the last minute deal as we decided to visit St Louis last minute for a cardinal game. The room internet is hard wired and connected fast. Room service was ok. I really liked the soft beds and spacious bathroom. Business center printer let me print many pages. The indoor pool was heated and nice area to walk around and not just a small room. Shuttle service was little slow but courteous staff upgraded me to executive room. Breakfast had lot of dishes and free. All this for the bargain price.

Very clean and Comfortable Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/16/08
Our visit was to see the St Louis Cardinal game and we found this hotel to be a bargian. We wanted our Hotel to be very close to the Airport as our Flight was leaving early in the morning. The room was very comfortable and big with very soft yet firm beds. Variety of the TV programming available and business center and high speed intenet worked. I like the very large indoor pool and fitness center. The lounge is quite good with sitting areas. Hot Brakfast had lot of varieties all for free. I was surpriced as they did not charge parking fee as all Airport Hotels do. Shuttle picked us up pretty fast. We liked the price and service here. Room service was good although too many chinese dishes. Prices in restaurant is reasonable.

Very good Service, Great Bargain
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/25/08
Shuttle picked us up in less than 20 minutes and was greeted by nice friendy staff. Spacious room and big bathroom. Both areas were very clean. We take lot of small trips so this was perfect for Airport Stay away from traffic. Room Service was good. Soft and comfortable bed. Morning brakfast buffet was really good and FREE with lot of variety and choices.Did not try the Restaurant food but the ambiance was good. Bar and Pool areas were clean and spacious. Morning shuttle picked us up on time. Business Center internet worked good. Place looked nicely lit and secure. We wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel. Good Price and good service.

Terrible front desk staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/31/07
I recently stayed at this hotel, and upon reaching the airport, called for the shuttle. Forty minutes later, no shuttle had arrived. I went back inside, and called for the shuttle again, and the staff said they would "call and find out where the driver was." After an hour of waiting, the shuttle finally arrived, and the driver informed me that the front desk staff had not told him that there was someone waiting to be picked up, and he was simply waiting at the hotel the whole time. When I politely mentioned this to the front desk staff person, she was rude and did not apologize.

Nice Layover
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/18/06
The room was really nice and the shuttle to the airport was great as well. The only problem I had was with the kitchen staff when I tried to get a meal a hour and a half before they closed. Everyone else was very nice and the place was clean. I would definelty stay there again!

Disappointment!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/06
Disappointment! Our family stayed here while I was on business in St. Louis. We chose this hotel because they advertised a game room, indoor pool, fitness center and restaurant on site. The "game room" consisted of 2 video games and an air hockey table. The pool was indoor but not heated and so cold we couldn't swim in it. I didn't visit the fitness center, but my husband said it was a joke as well. When we tried to eat at the restaurant on a Friday evening, no one could find the cook or the server so the front desk person eventually told us they were closed. Our room was dirty with stained wallpaper and the carpet so worn that the tacks were sticking out! They also advertised free internet service, but each time we tried to log on, we were told that their server was “down.”
