Comfort Suites St. Charles, St Charles

This hotel more than met my family's needs for a quick weekend getaway to lovely St. Charles. It was easy to find off the interstate and close to historic downtown St. Charles. The girls at the desk were extremely helpful and friendly -- all smiles and able to give directions to the nearby movie theater and more. The room was very clean and, with two double beds and a pull-out couch, it worked perfectly for my husband/myself and our 13-yr.-old daughter, 19-yr.-old son. The price was reasonable compared to other places, especially considering the space and amenities. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and make-your-own waffles. Yum! Attendant also was very friendly and hardworking. Except for the steamy weather, we totally enjoyed our visit to St. Charles. Although my son thinks it's a "girlie" town, he was thrilled w/ a side trip to Vintage Vinyl music store in St. Louis. We also highly recommend R.T. Weiller's. Great food (although we could do w/out the stale smoke smell, as we're used to no smoking in Illinois establishments.)!!

I trully enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. However, I did not care for the quality of the shower head and water pressure in the shower. It was too light and was leaking.

Staff went out of their way to make our 5 days truly enjoyable. The internet in the business room was free, and I was able to print out my information easily. The cheerful people at the front desk helped with directions and even printed out maps for each of my side trips I had to make. Great free hot breakfasts!

We stay there everytime we visit my daughter and the location couldn't be better! St Charles Main Street is only a few blocks away as well as two casinos with with anything you want to eat available. Shopping is great! Service is friendly & the hotel is very clean & quiet!

lobby and room very clean and staff very helpful. conveinently located and very affordable. we really enjoyed our stay. the only problem we had was on sunday morning there was no hot water for about an hour but they gave us a 20% discount for the inconvienence. we will stay again.

This relatively new facility has a nice room layout. The room I stayed in (multiple times now) has a nice and cozy jaccuzi tub in the room - just right for 2. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Riverboat Casino is close by as well as many places to shop. Only a few minutes from the airport, but NOT in the flight path (at least no planes ever woke me up).

Had a room on the ground floor.....small pool but clean...room was clean and big...bathroom was nice size...even offered a safe in the room...I can believe this hotel is a gold award winner....I also have to say they had very soft toilet paper(you just don't find that very often in hotels)...the only down side would be the diffilculty getting out back to the interstate from the hotel...
