BEST WESTERN PLUS Landing View Inn and Suites, Branson

The room was very pricey for the size...This is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Also our room was under one of the deck areas and all night long all you heard were chairs being drug around. The floor boards were not attached to the floor up there so when ever anyone walked on them they would slam down loudly. (Very unerving) The location was very conveinent to the historic area of Branson so you could walk to the shopping easily. The staff were pleasent but gave out false information several times. They either need to be better trained on events and locations or if they dont know the answer just say so... The room was clean and well stocked each day with clean towels and supplies. we did like having the refigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast each morning was very nice. we enjoyed that very much. However, Because of the size of the room for 129.00 a night, I will look else where for my next stay.

Christopher up at the front desk was very pleasant and whenever anything arose that we needed help with he made sure our stay was more comfortable. The room was extremely clean, spacious, and was packed with amenities. The pool area was kept immaculate and always stocked with fresh clean pool towels. The attention spent on detail at this property astonished me. Thank you Jody, Chris, Sandy and Nicole for making our stay a memorable one!

We arrived a bit early for check-in, but the Front Desk person (Jenn) called Housekeeping who cleaned our room immediately. We were in our room in less than a hour. My girlfriend had booked us at several shows and the girls cleaned our room while we were out. The cleaning lady made us feel right at home like we were family. The rooms are small, but it has everything that you could want. We did not feel like we were in the same old hotel room, it even smelled good. In between Jenn and the cleaning ladies, it was well worth our stay...will return!

We were put on the back side of the motel on the same floor as a bunch and/or group of people who partied all night long. Somewhere in the middle of the night one of them fell from the 2nd floor balcony and broke his leg. The screaming and cussing was awful and it was right in front of our room. We called the office but nothing was done and this went on for almost an hour. Will never stay here again. Was too pricey for the quality of room or should say like of quality of room.

What an ordeal. The first Room smelled musty and like mold so they let us check into another room. The second room smelled better and when we turned down our sheets at 2:30am one of the Beds had Little black hairs and dirt under the sheets (so discusting) at this point in time we had it. Called up the Hilton on The Landing and had a wonderful stay there. The Hilton Cost more money but as far as Cleanliness goes, it was wonderful.

We stayed on april 17 though the 19th and it was great we were attending a classic car auction at the Branson Landing Convention Center. The hotel the convention was at was too pricey for us. We wanted to be close so we booked at the BW. I have AAA and my rate was only 71.00 which was great for what we got. In my AAA book this place was rated as triple diamond and it sure was. Hot breakfast in the morning beautiful rooms, pool, hot tub and old fashion DRY HEAT SAUNA!(loved it) Also the manager and his staff were great the best we have ever been treated anywhere. Brandon even gave us free shuttle to the Landing. I have already booked my room for the fall car show with them. If you want a nice stay go here!!!!

I just don't think the price matched the quality.We ended up paying 79.00 I believe.We came in and checked in.The staff was friendly,but not very knowledgable.I was very dissappointed in the room it was small and what they called a suite(small fridge,microwave)The beds were horrific.They were very uncomfortable and were at least 25 yrs old.The walls were so thin that you could hear outside and the people on either side and behind.To which at 4 am the people behind us decided to shower and you could hear them moving around.So very little sleep.If you want a clean room and a nice place to stay I would stay somewhere else

The roon was fair, pool area was dirty, pair of dirty sock layed by pool for 4 days till I thrown them away, breakfast, hard boiled eggs for breakfest? Only frest fruit, apples with plastic knives, coffee terrible, couple we were with, there shower didn't work, had trouble with toilet, there key cards did not work half of time. Looked like a abandon car in lot, plus the steep parking lot, can't hardly walk up it. Very disappointing since AAA rated a 3 diamond in there book.

stayed there in january to get away. Close to most everything. Workers considerate- brought me stuff I needed, they were friendly and helpful. It was nice. No body bothered me.

family loved this hotel, and staff was great. People seem to really try and help you here, not like some places where they act like they're doing you a favor.
