Lincoln Inn AND Suites Brookhaven, Brookhaven

This is not your luxury motel/hotel. It is what it is, motel room on a budget. My room was clean, and I got some sleep without having to go without eating the next day in order to pay for a hotel. The breakfast was large and surprising for this kindof place. I would stay again, to bad there is only the one, otherwise I would stay in my travel budget throughout my trip. Oh, also I was glad to have met the manager there... she can hang with the guys talking SEC football- That was GREAT even though she's a Crimson Tide Fan. LOL...

First of all, there were flies playing leap frog all over the place. The place was filthy and disgusting. The sheets stunk to high heaven. This place needs their own television show --PIMP MY HOTEL! NASTY! NASTY! NASTY!

I stayed at Lincoln for a family reunion. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. First the rooms were smelly. I found a large dead roach next to the refrigerator. The tub hadn't been cleaned. There was a toilet bowl ring in the commode. The ceiling was peeling paint and there was a spider over my head in the bed. I went to the desk clerk and he said they would do better for the next day. But it wasn't. It was the same and the dead roach was still in the same place. A chair was in the room that should have been put on the road for the garbage truck. I would not recommend anyone staying there. I won't go there again.
