The Regal Inn, Starkville

Staff is great! Enjoyed free WiFi. Rooms were clean, remodeled and better than some of the name brand hotels! Safe atmosphere. Dave's Darkhorse Rocks!

I have stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and remodeled! I really enjoyed the BAR next door!

I had to live here for two weeks at the end of my time at school. It was pretty depressing. My truck accumulated trash from the awesome bar next door. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I couldn't afford two weeks anywhere else.

I would rather be set on fire than ever spend another night in this dump! It was a nightmare. The sheets had cigarette holes in them, the walls and mattress had blood on them, the shower was disgusting (so therefore I couldn't take one), there was dried throw up on the floor, the whole room smelled like hot tamales had been sitting out for a year, there was a bullet hole in the ceiling, one of the room doors look like it had been kicked in before, the wash clothes were dingy and stained, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned or dusted in years, and the chairs looked like they had been burned. I think all the decorations and furniture came from a fire liquidation sale. The funny thing is is that we switched rooms because our bed was broken, literally, and both rooms were just as nasty. The staff was nice but the experience was horrifying. I'm glad we had a good sense of humor about the whole situation, we just had to laugh about it.

The Regal was a dump. It wasn,t clean, furniture was beat up, I avoided the shower, even tho I needed one. I would not stay there again.

This is a great motel, only few blocks from the University dr. and 1 mile from the MSU stadium. There is a Bar and a Restaurant next to the motel (great atmosphere). The motel service and the rooms were nice. Staying at The Regal Inn was worth of my time and money.

I liked the atmosphere and the service I have received from the hotel staff. I would like to stay again at the Regal Inn in my next visit to Starkville.
