Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Naniboujou is nestled amid parklands on Lake Superior; one of its many attractive features is a majestic two-hundred-ton stone fireplace in the Cree Indian ornamented Great Hall; originally designed to be a private sportsman club, it boasted members such as Babe Ruth and Jack Dempsey, and now offers twenty four spacious and charming accommodations. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and afternoon tea are available during the summer and fall seasons.
