Eat somewhere else, not memorable

Hotel is average although renovations in progress look nice enough. Service at Easter Sunday brunch was awful. It was advertisd that there would be a prime rib carving station-there was none. Apparently, from what we were told, the sales department has not removed this item from the menu listed for this brunch. Bait and switch since that was part of the reason we chose to eat there. We had reservations for 3 pm and were not seated until after 3:30 pm. We were told the delay was due to diners lingering at their tables for longer than expected, however we saw a number of clean, unoccupied tables near where we were finally seated. We were served one beverage and the server never returned to offer refills. The food was subpar, bland, typical buffet food and the pork loin was tough and dry. We were hoping this would be a nice place for Easter brunch. Gratuity was already included and was certainly more than what was deserved for the service provided. Unfortunately, what we got was extremely delayed seating, institutional food, and very poor service. Steve, don't bother thanking me for providing you with valuble insight and blah, blah, blah...Our experience was very disappointing and we do not recommend.
