Traveling Fork Restaurant
This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time. Only two other tables in the place but we had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. My boyfriend got the fish fry and I tried their "famous" ribs. The ribs were beyond terrible, tasted aweful and were so tough I would have had to ask for a steak knife to cut them apart if I had wanted to continue eating. My boyfriends fish was wayyy overfriend and dry, and the breading was thicker than the fish. Our waitress was out in space, when she brought our food and we asked for ketchup, and she brought us an empty bottle 10 minutes later. Meanwhile, we had to stare at our food because we had no silverware. We never saw her again until we were done so I never had a chance to ask her what could be done about our meals. She was nice enough to take 15% off my ribs which came to about a $3 discount (gee, thanks for the free pop). The weirdest thing was, the restaurant has extremely nice decor and we were truly expecting a fine dining experience. Both other tables looked like they were having the same problems we were. Seriously, if you stay at the Radisson and you need to eat, there's a Red Robin across the street thats probably a safer bet. It was the first time in my life I have ever left less than 15% (and im a former waitress, I believe in tip karma). Truly terrible, a shame because the rest of the hotel is quite nice.
