Record your conversations...prices change buy the phone call.
By Kayla, 4/23/07
First off, who ever wrote the review about clean rooms must have been staying at a different place. Second, go straight to the manager, and if possible record your conversation. Their prices change by the phone call. Expect to pay for the roll of T.P. in the room. Also, expect to ask for an Iron and Ironing board. First room had mold growing on the walls and something in the tub that Bleach could not even touch. Stairs and in bad shape. If you must have the "high speed" internet (about $15/mo) it is "slow speed" or "no speed" at times. No coffee pot in room. Web-Site shows nothing like actual place. It is close to the hospital!

not as pretty as they say...
By A., 6/14/06
Rooms are filthy and damaged. They are not "newly remodeled" as the website claims. The website depicts a hotel 100x better than it actually is. Classified as one of the city's "sleazy" motels; everyone deems it unsafe. I had a note on my windshield from another guest, giving me his phone number and asking to "give him a call during my stay if I wanted to hang out." People do actually LIVE there; they offer monthly rates. You get what you pay for. PLUS there is a "no refund" policy, so if you pay for a week's stay and don't stay all of the nights, you don't get the rest of your money back. There is no mention of this on the website, at the hotel, nor did the front desk tell me. I just assumed all hotels have the same policies. The hotel IS extremely close to the highway. That's a plus. If you're looking for a quality hotel, look elsewhere.

Bad Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/11/04
When I called to check rates and possibly make reservations for several nights, I waited through 15 rings before the phone was answered. At that point a surly employee said "please hold". I was on hold for a very long period of time before I finally gave up and hung up. They lost my company's business because of this lack of timely service.
