Best Western Midway Hotel, Grand Rapids

The electronic door lock on my door became inoperative, thus the key would not work, neither would the master key from the front office work so the motel had to call an outside locksmith because the motel maintenance man was not at work because it was early. this delayed our departure for about 1.5 hours and after mentioning it to the desk clerk she quickly gave me a gift card for $ 50.00 This very much impressed me and I used this card at our next Best Western stay which was in Hannibal,Mo. Thumbs up for B.W. Midway !

this is funny because i had signed on to find out what bed they use. because id like to buy one for a guest bed...its very comfy. but the other post said it was horrible.. gues swe all liek different beds..but i want to find out so i can buy one

i love everything what could you hate about it? I mean really because its awesome!!! It was hte most fun I had from a hotel. Plus I went when I had cheerleading competition for cheer america cheerleading

i disliked the way the staff treated us .i did not like the way they would leave youfr room half clean. i did not like the potatoes they cooked every morning they would taste like the metal pan they were in. they made you go to your room at 11:30 or early. i did not like the way they would turn out the lights while the guest were sitting around the pool having conversation. the staff treated the adults there as if they were under aged children. i would not recommend this fascility to anyone that i know.

the hotel was wonderfull and clean everyone was so nice .the atmosphere was pleasont overall exelent.I recomend it to anyone.we always want to go back.
