All around horrible customer service

Booked a suite for my wifes Bday to stay at after the Toby Keith concert. Tried to check in at 3pm, was told room would not be ready until atleast 5:30. Thin blonde girl at front desk is very rude and actually said " the concert doesn't start til 7pm so whats the big deal if the room wont be ready til 5:30" Manager switched our room to a standard, not what we booked. Room was missing ice bucket, info booklet with menus, soap, and shampoo. repeatedly requested soap and NEVER got any. Finally at midnight someone brought us up 5 bottles of shampoo and told us to wash with it, because they couldn't find any soap. There was a heavy odor of nicotine and heavy nicotine staining on vents and smoke detector. Paint was peeling on bath ceiling, tub surround was not finished, toilet didn't operate correctly, overall bad condition.Even the hot and cold on the shower dial were reversed, if a child uses that shower and sets the water to where it says cold he or she could seriously be burned. Cold was listed on left hot on right, must have hired some discount construction company? It was apparent that this room was not finished being renovated, but it must have been the only one left to put us in since they could not get us into the room we booked. Oh the manager gave us free breakfast, even that was disgusting, cold and tasteless and very small portions. Been trying to get a refund through the corporate feedback form, but haven't heard back yet. Their policy clearly states that if they can't make it right, they don't expect you to pay. If you must stay here, bring your own soap. Worst customer service ever.
