terrible customer service; will never stay again

while trying to make a reservation, i called 10 times before i actually made the reservation. each time i called, the person on the line would tell me to leave my name and number and someone would call me back promptly. of course this never happened. i took down names of the persons on the line and the persons who would be calling me back. it was like a scam where they kept using different names each time. e.g. one time i got a person named bill who said joe would call me back. then when i called joe told me phil would call me back.
our stay was just as bad as the customer service. the room wasnt made when we checked in. they apologized and moved us to another room. when we moved to that room, there was somebody else in it already.
this holiday inn is just not worth anybodys time or money.
