Holiday Inn Express Boston, Boston

It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at Sweethoteldeals. Net They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Had a reservation confirmation but when we arrived at midnight after travelling for 24hrs were told that hotel was overbooked and no rooms available. Another room provided in worse hotel another 1hrs drive away from where we wanted to be. Good policy for them, terrible for customers. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Great breakfast, very nice and clean rooms, friendly atmosphere, convienient location and transportation to the airport and from the airport. A very friendly and helpeful staff I will certainly go back

Far from everything and depressing neighborhood. They say they offer shuttle service every 30 mins (:00 and :30) but the minibus was out half of the time. The driver was extremely rude once almost telling me I was annoying to ask for their service (on the due time) because he wanted to take his break. Very poor breakfasts, very slow wireless internet. However, the rooms are clean, desk ladies are nice and it's somewhat close to Andrew St. (10 mins) that gets you straight downtown. If the driver is not grumpy, they offer free shuttle to the Station at night, which I might recommend. So, if rates are very low, I recommend it. If you come for a Convention, avoid this location as it is a pain to do the ride back. As well, closest restaurants (Olive Garden and Appleby's) are at least a good 10 mins walking through the big shopping mall.

This Hotel was in a great location!!!! It was inexpensive and very convenient to the Red Line Andrew Stop. The friendly front desk staff gave us a map and easy walking directions to the subway stop. (10 minute walk at most) The continental breakfast was great! More then we expected. Free Parking. We felt safe walking to and from the subway station even @ 11pm at night. This was a very good find and we will definitley stay here again. I would reccommend to anyone. Why pay more when you can get such great service at a more reasonable price. Book ahead. This hotel was booked during our stay. Great Service! Great Location! Go ahead and book here. We had a nice time.

It was my first time in Boston, so I had many questions for the front desk. They answered every one of them. They accepted three packages that i had shipped to the hotel, allowed me to print boarding passes from their office computers and greeted me with a smile each time I walked by. Our experience was wonderful because of them, and if I return to Boston, I will definately stay there.

The reception staff were excellent and helped in every way to make our stay enjoyable. The room staff were very through and friendly. The lady that served breakfast each morning was very friendly and helpful Our stay at the Holiday Inn express was excellent.

closer to andrew subway red line than maps describe approx 15 min ride to downtown. rooms excelent and reasonable shopping mall nearby neighbourhood no problems staff friendly. if i am planning to stop in boston again it will be here

We stay at this hotel whenever in Boston to visit our daughter. Reasonable price, great breakfast and pretty close to the T. For the money it is well worth it. Prices fluxuate throughout the year from 99- 150 depending on time of year.

we stayed for two nights and three days and our beds were not made and we ran out of towels,other than that everything else was fine,the staff the parking and the breakfast was good my boyfriend and i are planing to be back in boston soon it's a beautiful place with lots to do and see.
