Hilton Garden Inn Burlington, Burlington

Shuttle service provided was fantastic. Would take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius practically anytime! Very very helpful when family is in the nearby hospital. Staff is one of the most friendly and helpful we have ever run into! There was never a time they said "no". Restaurant staff was always eager to help. Food was OK.

I prepaid on line when I booked so I did not have to deal with it when I checked in. Also, I got a much better rate if I paid ahead. They always swipe your card when you check in for anything you might charge to your room. The people at the front desk, 1 was a manager and 2 were training, charged my card for more than $720.00. They onlything that was suppose to be charged or held on my card was the $75. I hade every explination from them they could think of to explaine why they screwed up so much. The fact isThey causes a very large headache the whole time we were there. Everyafternoon after getting done with the meet wewere at I had to go to the front desk and deal with this. They tried to blame my bank for the problem. But, no it was not my bank, the bank wanted a very particular item from the hotel to clear this up and they did not send that item. The bank wanted a copy of the "Stay Folio", which the hotel would not do till i checked out. If the people at the front desk new what they were doing this would of never happen!!! It is as basic as it gets. I always stay in Boston at the Marriott Long Warf. I have never had problems at any Marriott we have stayed at. We go to Boston and stay atleast 6-10 times a year, so traveling to Boston is not a "New Thing" for us. This was a last minute trip and there was no rooms available at the Marriott I always go to. They did try and make "good", but really I did not go to Boston for 4 days to have to deal with this. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Work out area was ok, not bad, could of had a little better ventilation. I was on the first floor, I do not like the first floor I like higher floors. The description online about the beds were not accurate it only pertains to a King not 2 doubles. Over all experiance is one that I NEVER want to relive!!!!

I only spent one night here on business. The staff was very accommodating about my late arrival. The rooms were small but clean and the furnishings were new. My room was down a long hallway from the elevator. The morning breakfast was good. The location near the highway was convenient. I would stay here again.

The rooms were very clean but small. The beds were very comfortable. The children loved the big indoor pool. We had some problems in the bathroom but they were fixed immediately the next day. Great location beside a big mall. Good room for a great price.

We were able to get a great internet price here for four nights at around $90 per night -- in the Boston area that is very good! The room was clean, the pool area was nice. Only downside was the wind noise during the day in the wind tunnel between our room and the pool building...but it quieted down at night. The restaurant was also great for breakfast, if a bit expensive. Having free coffee available for late risers would have been nice.

After staying at the Travelodge on the Lake in Burlington and this hotel - I give the Hilton Garden Inn five stars. It was clean, quiet, the clerks were pleasant and informative. Our room was exactly what we needed. The bar and restaurant downstairs was small but very capable. It is a little out of the way from Burlington but close to the QEW and we did travel out that way a bit. Four nights we spent there and I cannot say anything bad about this hotel. Lots of parking - cookies at night too! Give this place a try before the other older hotels in town, you won't regret it. a.

I've been traveling pass this hotel everyday on my way to work. I've noticed that one day everything from the old hotel was being junked(I mean all).They are completly renovating the entire hotel. Looks great though! I think...that they made a great decision by putting a Hilton hotel over there. I stopped by their office and picked up a rack card with the hotel information and was impressed by the amenities and service this hotel is going to offer. They even have a website that you can look at. Just hope this hotel will be twice as great as the old Sheraton was. I've already contacted them to hold my company meetings there as well. This place was a dump-it is due to repopen in Ocober 05 as Hilton Garden Inn.Hilton would have practically had to raze the place to make it habitable.I sure hope the old staff is not returning
