Hotel, Motel, Holiday Inn? - It's basically slightly nicer than a motel.

Overall - The inn has a great location not too far from Main Street in Falmouth. However, everything else about the hotel is a little below average. For the price we paid, it wasn't worth it and I would not recommend staying here.
Rooms - the rooms were spacious, but beat up. The blinds were broken, the chest of drawers was missing handles, the bathroom door didn't close, the air conditioner didn't work during a humid weekend and the room was not organized very well. It's like they are completely apathetic to the way the presented themselves.
Grounds - They pump this place up as a beautiful lot with a pond, etc. There is a pond, but it's blocked by a long line of trees, so you can't really see the pond. In addition, most of the rooms face a courtyard; as a result, it's more of a motel-style set up.
Breakfast - Again, they pump this up, and I was looking forward to a nice New England breakfast. However, they don't have much more than cereal, bagels, very unappleaing danishes and coffee with no service. I'd take the Hampton Inn breakfast over this.
Value - This point is a big zero. This year we've been to many weddings all around the country. The Coonamessett Inn was the most expensive of all of our destinations and it was the least impressive. It's not a bad place, but nowhere near the money they charge.
