Hampton Inn Worcester, Worcester

Brittany, the evening front desk agent went above and beyond. We missed the beer tasting and the Wholly Cannoli evening. She made sure that we were able to try each upon our return in the evenings. She is such a delight. The beds were very comfortable. It usually takes a night or two for my husband to get used to a bed, but he said he slept well even the first night. He said it was as comfortable as our bed at home. The douvet was nice and fluffy. There is an abundance of pillows on the bed as well. A previous review commented the ambulance noise. In the 4 nights we stayed, I heard the ambulance only once while I was in the room, and that was while I was awake. My husband never heard the ambulance at all while in the room. The internet service was nice and fast. There was a rather broad continental breakfast. The rooms were clean. The parking is free and abundant, unlike some other hotels in the area. The staff is super accomodating. We would definately stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and clean,Very friendly worker , Luv the breakfast buffet it had a lot of choice . great hotel for the money. will stay again

My boyfriend and I spent the evening here after attending a Christmas show at the DCU Center. We had a nice time. The room was big and extremly clean. Beds were nice and comfy. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. The hotel in located in a safe area and the 99 restaurant in right next door. You are in walking distance to many attractions and many other restaurants. We would definatly stay here again.

Efficient, clean, friendly, and well located next to the Worcester Centrum. Same distance as the more expensive Crown Plaza, except no pool. Who has time for the pool? :-) Breakfast is provided as well as a mini-fridge and mini microwave.
