Not Good At All.............
By 333333, 9/26/11
The place is totally worn out! Room locks are not working properly. Checked into one room and there was some kind of bug crawling right in the middle of the bed (changed rooms). The breakfast is ok but if you just want scrambled eggs and bacon instead of a self serve like other ES's you have to wait in line with the rest of the special orders which can be long and timely (Bad Set-Up). The TV's seam to be fine but I watched HBO in the living room wanted to move to the bedroom, :signal not strong enough" no HBO!? For the money, it was no worth it! I assume they rely on travelers that will never come back and reliance on return customer isnt a concern.

Not as good as other Embassy's
By ChristyDavis, 4/16/07
This hotel was ok. The cocktail hour and breakfast is great. The rooms were much smaller than previous Embassy Suites we have stayed in. There was alot of noise at night from the bar area that carried up to the rooms. The room cleaning was terrible. Each time they cleaned the room, they gave us 2 towels for 4 of us (even after we requested more). They did not give us toilet paper or even check to see if we had any. They did not clean out the coffee pot or replace the coffee supply. Each day we had to go to the front desk and ask for towels, toilet paper and coffee. For an upscale hotel, this was unacceptable. We probably would not stay here again.

Could have been better
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/15/06
We were there for a wedding with ten other families. Good food, nice reception in the evening, good beds, OK pool. Had trouble with the door lock as did several other families and had trouble with the phone messages, as did several other families. They seemed understaffed at dinner and lunch--very slow service--and Sunday breakfast was awful. They ran out of everything and couldn't keep things full. The worst part was they turned away two families with confirmed reservations (One family with little children) and sent them to a "comparable" hotel (NOT) because some other people decided not to leave. They did give them their rooms the next day and paid for the other hotel.

Good hotel
By Wayne L, 5/8/05
It's a nice hotel, don't get me wrong, but for the price, the service, the cleanliness, etc, I could have gotten it at a local well-known motel just close by. When I stayed there, it seems that every room has two tvs. Though nice, I could live with one tv if it costs cheaper. Also, I didn't know how to turn the temperature or get some more air into the room. In terms of experience, it wasn't bad. The closets were well adequate, the coffee machine was nice with good tea bags nearby. The breakfast buffet was great. However, the exercise room is nothing but a cheap treadmill and an exercise bike, and if I recall, a step-climber. In terms of price, I should have gone cheaper, and I've been to cheaper places close by with better exercise rooms. But if you enjoy having two tvs. If you don't mind not knowing how to change the temperature or add air into the room, and you can do without exercising enjoyably this is the hotel to stay.

Loved It!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/18/05
My husband and I travel frequently. Although we have been to Baltimore on our way to Washinton many times, this is our first stay at the Embassy Suites at BWI. We we both very pleased with this hotel. Great suite, loved the manager's reception with complimentary coctails and snacks and a great hot breakfast the next morning! I have never been disappointed at an Embassy Suites before, and still have not at this location!
