Avoid this hotel like the plague!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/16/11
Worst stay I've ever had in any hotel. The customer service is horrendous, staff is unfriendly and uncooperative and the rooms are dirty and out-of-date. But my main complaint was being billed for 10 nights even after I cancelled my reservation and the manager not even trying to resolve the issue. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will never stay in a Holiday Inn Express again.

The maids have sticky fingers.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/19/08
I had to stay in this hotel for six days, the longest six days of my life. The first night I stayed here they put me in a room near the guest laundry, and at 5:30 in the morning I was woken up by what sounded like 10 year olds playing air hokey. I asked to change my room and they did, but I had perishables in the fridge, and I had to leave for a meeting. The attendant at the front dest told me she would move my fridge to my new room. When I came back that night all my perishables were thrown away. I had to go all the way back to the store and spend more money and time buying food. Then in my new room the maid stole some expensive lotion and my i-pod. Of course when i told the attendant she transfered me to the house keeping manager who never picked up the phone or called me back. Never stay in this hotel, the people that work there have no idea what they are doing! This place is a disaster. -Annie

Good Hotel
By Linda, 4/12/08
This hotel served our purpose for a business conference. The ladies at the front desk need to have some PR training, they never smile, never said good morning or good evening. Upon the initial check-in, they extended the usual welcome to holiday inn, but you could hear that it was their job to say it. The business center was good, 2 computers, 2 printers. My biggest problem was each time you left the business center you had to go back to the front desk (those un-smiling faces) and ask for another key. I am sure this is done for security, so for convenience issue a key for the day, not for each use, I was in and out of the business center at least 5-10 times a day. If there was a check-in line, I had to wait until they were processed to get another key. Our lunch servers were great, very helpful and pleasant. YES - I will use this hotel again for personal and business use.

Not a Best Western Anymore!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/7/06
This hotel completed a massive renovation and is now a Holiday Inn. What a difference!! The hotel is beautiful, the staff magnificent, and they now have an Outback Steakhouse attached to the hotel. They have all the amenities and the HSIA works great, wireless throughout!! Great location off I-95 right between DC and Baltimore. NICE CHANGE!!

VERY UNHAPPY
By sandy, 10/4/05
Reservation was made in advance. A smoking room was requested. No information was given on the part of the hotel as too ; the renovations, lack of resturant in facility, possibility of not getting the room asked for. We arrive and are told we can't have a smoking room due to renovations going on. The clerk at the desk never asked if we had any cards to qualify for a discount, luckily I thought about it.We had to step around work items on floor in lobby. The elevator had exposed wiring as did the lobby. Once on the floor we found the halls litered with construction materials. the pool was not available, the gym was not available. Parking was at the far end of the lot. The continental breakfast was good but the area to eat in very small. Overall I was VERY unhappy. Had I been informed of the work being done I would have made the decision myself as to if I would stay there. Full rate was charged for a hotel that only offered a third of the amenities advertised.

Good Value
By Mary E, 5/12/05
Clean. Comfortable. Easy access to main routes. Very friendly staff. The Brass Duck, a quality restaurant with excellent food and service as well as a great Sunday brunch, has recently been closed and it is being replaced by an Outback Steak House. This is not encouraging.

Check it out carefully
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/23/05
High speed internet was not advertised as requiring rj45 cable, front desk had none to loan. Wireless only in lobby (what a great place to work!) Other clients purchased only to find out network has been down for several days. Front desk has zero knowledge regaring hotel internet setup. Wasted a night there, went elsewhere next day.
