Never Stay Here

This is the first time I have seen a hotel sell 7 different varieties of condoms so openly at the front desk - yep, there they were along with the advil and other sundries - right at eye level on the wall behind the front desk - so you couldn't miss them. The room had gnats and was poorly maintained. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

Never Again!!!!!

The staff was rude, commode was cracked, and bathroom door would not close. The closet door was broke and there was a big white spot in the down stairs bedroom. It was not worth the money we paid, it is in need of a complete makeover. This was my first bad experience in a hotel. Our money was refunded and we left. We were also accused of stealing a tv that was never there. We drove a 100 & something miles to steal a $200 tv, lets be for real. Police was called on us twice for a 32" tv, yall had jokes.We got 52" in our house. The four hrs we did stay was just horrible, I suggest yall have a group meeting and get it together or tear it down and start over, management and all.

Would never again

There was not to much, other than the middle leg on the bed was broke. They didn't vaccum everyday my husband was there for two weeks. They didn't change the sheets unless you asked. My biggest complaint is the staff. They were not friendly and they need more morals, one of them struck up a conversation with my husband and well I won't get into that just use your imagination. She wouldn't leave him alone. She got his cell number from his information and called and text him all the time. We finally changed his number. I informed the management and they said they would take care of it. I call about once a month and the girl is still there. Don't know if they handled it or not. I would just recommend if your married watch out or don't stay here.

Can't wait to stay here again!

There was nothing that I disliked about staying at Innplace. My family and I were thrilled about our accomodations.I mistaking only booked 1 night and even though there were no rooms left(during Mudbug Festival-duh!),the desk clerk held a cancelled room for me and worked out a fair price for me too! Some hotels were going as high as 280 dollars a night,and we couldn't find a room less than 30 miles a way that could accomodate our needs.There rooms were immaculate(best mattresses that I've slept on,other than pillowtop in a hotel in a long time;bathrooms also,and as far a the club next door is concerned with all their drama,not Innplace's fault-I only encountered this when I ventured out latenight 1 night.I had so much much in Shreveport and was so tired that any outside noise was not an issue.Oh yes, breakfast time is prompt and reasonable and if they do run low on breakfast they do accomodate you.Thanks Innplace I and my family had a great stay.See you again in 3 months!

Room Not Clean

Bathroom was not clean, kitchen not clean and floors not clean. Some of the lights did not work. When the night club closed @ 2am it was very noisy and woke us up.Traffic noise of the interstate was bad. Not satisified with our stay..

Facilities maintenance is not uniform

Since I come to Shreveport for business, and I have lots of Marriot points, I usually chose Marriot and I enjoy the 'apartment style' places defined by most Residence Inn locations, I've styed at the Bossier City Residence in fairly often. It is decent enough, though it sometimes falls down regarding facility maintenance. Usually, they fix problems as soon as the are informed of them. They just dont seem to be able to see the problem themselves. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for my needs. I've never had a problem with cleanliness of the rooms but I have had some problems with burned out lamps and other such irritants. I can't say the 'free breakfast' is all that great.

the bed was broken down. the room smelled like a locker room. they ran out of breakfest . i wouldn't stay here again.
