Hotel Class? This is a Motel / Crack House

Durring our overall checkinn, Two young girls checked us in but seemed more intressted in talking on their cellphones, and listening to the radio.
While standing on the other side of the desk, I noticed the young women working the computer was playing games on the internet. I ignored most of these signs, and went to my room after about 20 mins, that's how long it took them to check me in. I was stopped by several people along the way asking for cigrettes, or a dollar they could barrow. When we got to the room, it smelled as if something died in the room, we had asked for none smoking, they gave us smoking, we found the under side of the bed spread to be covered in blood, and the pillow had dried male fluids on it.
We didn't bother complaining, and proceeded to leave the hotel imedately.
I highly sugest this place be cleaned up or shut down.
