Hilton Lexington Downtown, Lexington

Recently, we spent the weekend at this Hilton. Issues such as a mismatched chair and ottoman, sheets not tucked in, dirty carpet and no HD (but a big HD TV) were disappointments. Charges for wifi were excessive, expensive food and only two bath towels make this a non-family friendly hotel. When told that wifi was free on the first and second floor, it was difficult to sit in a common area because lobby and garage doors were standing open making the lower floors very chilly. The staff was stupendous! They were gracious and attempted to be as accommodating, calling back to make sure that issues were addressed.

Very small rooms. No fridge in room, no microwave in room, couldnt find the free parking, had to valet park and short haired valet guy was rude and unexperinced. Smokers get the view of the a/c units on roof. Paid Hilton prices for Motel 6 standards. Next time spend same $ and stay at the Hyatt across st.

We held a naval reunion here in 9/07, when this hotel was a Radisson Plaza, and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations or the service. It was all fantastic, and the staff went out of their way to make our week-long stay and event wonderful. Our rooms were nice, our banquet food was delicious, our overall service was excellent. I am so disappointed to see that the Radisson was taken over by another company, and is now taken over by Hilton. I'm sure the Hilton will be nice, but don't expect it to be as reasonable as the Radisson was. They will also have to have some exceptional employees to make it what is was during our reunion!

the sink didn't drain well. toilet didn't flush well. see bathroom fixtures were worn. no contiental breakfest. i wouldn't stay here again.

the only thing good about this hotel was that it was downtown. The faucet on the sink was tore up and about to fall off. The shower was dirty. There wasn't a refrigerator in there. The tv barely had any channels. The hotel was very cheap looking but the price didn't reflect how cheap the hotel was. The parking garage attendant was rude. I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and gotten the same accomadations that I did at this hotel and paid way less.

The bath tub would not drain when we used it (quick fix).When we used the phone it took 15 mins for them to connect them,on top of that used the phone 5 times and was charged $30.00 and only used it for 15mins total. The sleep number beds where ok but not all that great. Over all not satisfied with this hotal and would rather stay at the hyatt for the price we paid.

I stayed at this location in 2005. My friends and I didn't have to leave the hotel to have a good time. The Big Blue Martini was a blast and the pool was nice too.

After I checked in, I had to go back to the front desk three times to get my key to work. I finally had to get a new room. Not once was I given an apology for my inconvenience. When I finally got into my room, the first thing I noticed was a strong orange/chemical smell. I either got used to the smell while in my room or it was concentrated in the doorway of the room, because I did not notice it all over the room but only when I entered it. The shower had very little water pressure. The bathroom did not have a vent fan so the steam from the shower had no where to go but in the room. The air conditioner did not cool very well and actually leaked all over the carpet. The cleaning staff did clean the room well. I ordered room service and found most of the the food to be average but some of it to be below-average, as the steak was dry and tough and the temperature of the food was at room temperature. The price of the food was above-average.

Great place to stay while in Lexington. Very clean rooms. Highly Recommend this location, Great accomidations for the conference I attended. Close to Rupp Arena.

I stayed at this hotel when I was in Lexington for a concert. This hotel was very clean, safe, and the staff was more than welcoming to everyone. I had a wonderful time during my stay at this hotel. I also learned that the group I went to see in concert was actually staying in this hotel as well. So if it's nice enough for the group that was there, then I would definitely say it would be nice enough for any person, no matter how rich or poor. It was definitely a great value, and I got more than what I paid for at the Radisson hotel in Lexington, KY. They have a ballroom, indoor pool on the third floor, how neat is that?? There is a hot tub as well. The room service was very accurate and extremely fast. It was wonderful.
