The staff at the hotel is professional and friendly. They gave us a full attention what we needed for the duration of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff made the stay very enjoyable. The front desk was very helpful with directions on how to get to different locations throughout Kansas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

My stay here was good. Clean sheets, clean room, smelled clean. What more can you ask for?

We are very satisfied with our stay. The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. The pool was warm enough to get in and enjoy it.

The reviews rate this place a 3, but I would rate it 1 or at most 2. It's really on par with a cheap motel. The place is somewhat outdated and dilapidated, For instance, some of the doors are broken and don't open or close properly, the curtains are torn, the mattress is sort of worn out and uncomfortable, etc. The few electrical outlets in the room all have multiple power strips plugged into them (may be a fire hazard, I don't know), and the furnishings are all sort of tacky and cheap. It looks like it hasn't been updated in 10 or 20 years. Also, the service is pretty mediocre. The front desk staff can't seem to answer simple questions about their own hotel ("is continental breakfast included?"), and when I arrived I had to ask twice for a room key. They act like they're unfamiliar with the steps involved in checking-in a guest. Hello? It's as if they were never trained to do their job. They were always "guessing" or "I think" in response to any question. And finally, on 2 days housekeeping failed to visit the room. The one plus is that's it's in a relatively good location, but otherwise it's really just like a cheap, poorly-operated and run-down motel. The quality is not 3 out of 5, and the place is clearly not worth the room rate they charge.

This place smells! Cockroaches in the room, a bug crawled across the bar when my husband and i went for a drink. The bartender tried to hit on my husband when i went to bed. Just plain nasty. No food served not that we would eat there. Hot tub had stuff growing out of it.

At time of check in,front desk did not tell us that they had a party going on all night.It was very loud music and a lot of screaming kids running and playing. Also the shower room was made for handicaped,therfore there was no tub or shower to speak of. It had a dead bug in the bathroom. Very nasty to stay.Also,way too pricey for this room.
