Comfort Inn South Wichita, Wichita

old and needs rehab. 2 nights and the carpets were never swept. breakfast room was filthy. One room key didn't work. One washing mach broken. No free cookies!! The staff was nice and the maids cleaned the room great but we'll never stay there again and I want to warn other travelers.

We were on our way home to Texas and had reserved for a one night stay. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast area was very large with a wide selection of hot and cold items. Great stay for a reasonable price.

I liked the friendly staff and cleanliness of our room. The breakfast was well prepared and lots of fresh coffee. The construction was irritating but the staff had a map ready to show how to get to restaurants and how to return to the interstate. This is the last hotel if you are going to Arkansas.

Huge rooms, comfortable beds, quiet, great breakfast in the morning, located right off the interstate, perfect as I was just passing through and needed a quick rest.

Everything seemed up to specs. Room was clean. Would stay here again. The only thing that would have been nice is the breakfast. When I went through the line it was picked clean. As I was about done they did come back in to restock it.

This was the 6th choice hotel we had stayed in on this trip and i can honestly say in was our favorite!!!

The stay was a comfortable stay, the construction made it difficult to get to, but the staff was very helpful with directions, will stay again on my next trip to Wichita, very friendly staff will recommend this hotel

The check-in was very fast even without a reservation. The room was clean and very accomidating. The pool was warm and helped make for a relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. This stay restored our trust in Comfort Inns. I will stay here when I go through Wichita, KS.

Since 2005 we have stayed here about 8 times a year. The staff is friendly, helpful and well trained. The breakfast is excellent, the area is well kept and sanitary. We travel with an Irish Wolflhound and find the rooms suitable for him and his large crate. We appreciate the area provided for his walks and the container for the disposal of the product of the walks. Unfortunately we can't allow our dog to enjoy the "doggie treats" available at the check in desk. My husband likes the perked coffee, popcorn and mints found in the gift bag. We both appreciate the small bottles of water found in the gift bags we receive at check in. The price of the room is very reasonable. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens and towels look and smell clean and fresh. I have food allergies so I travel with some food so we really appreciate the refrigerator and microwave. The appliances mean I can fix a snack while relaxing in the room. After traveling for 8 hours, I really just want to relax and not run out for a snack. We travel down 135 to I 35 and find this motel very close to the highways. We will be happy when the road work is completed. We are so glad we found this motel and will continue to tell others to stay here.

This hotel is a great place to stay! It's very convenient to get to from I-35. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly, from calling to make my reservations to the check-in/check-out. The surprise check-in gift of candy and water was a nice touch and the free fresh popcorn at check-in smelled great. The breakfast selection was outstanding...I especially liked the sausage biscuits and gravy! As such a reasonably priced hotel, I would definitely recommend this to fellow travelers.
