Cant wait to go back!! :0) The Suite was Sweet!!
By Leeann, 2/21/11
We stayed in the New Suite Rooms on Valentines Day weekend and absolutly loved it!!! The room itself was too pricey but we splutged for the holiday. The balcony was beautiful and private, the rooms color was relaxing, the amenties were nice and so was the fireplace and tvs. Bathrooms kicked ass. Sorry. We ate in the dinning Room for Dinner and Breakfast and it was very very good. The bar was big and spaciouse and not overly crowded. The band was good but could have been better toned on the songs preformed but it was good music genre. The wait staff was good even when we asked to switch tabels and get a different chair and they were nice enough to remeber us the next morning and give us our preferred seating at breakfast. We needed an little later check out and they extended us another 30 min. which was greatly appriciated and needed. The staff was nice and pleasant. The only downfalls were there was no excercise room and there really really really need to have a long vertical mirrior in the room even if its a crap one in the closet but SOMETHING so you can check your outfit and self in the mirror. Cant in your bathrooms cause mirrors are all horizontal and i felt off all night. We had to carry our juice and strawberries and such to the room ourselves because we didnt want anyone in the room after all our stuff was out scattered and we werent in the room at the time. I think you need to just put them in the room as the guest are checking in before they enter, and i really hated such a late check in time which was 4pm. we wanted to get there around 1 and have time to shop and relax and enjoy some time before we had to get ready for dinner, oh and we forgot our swimsuites and theres no where close to go buy any!!! Dont forget your swim suites!!! We ususally go to Brown County Inn on Valentines day because they are great too!! But the bar there is small and usually too crowded and we wanted to try something new. Brown County Inn could use a new coat of paint and carpets and spit shined but its still an awesome place and they have cheaper rooms and its a good place for Valentines day too. We will deffinitly go back to both. Ps My biggest gripe from both places is that the room treat gets smaller each year. The first year we went there was a meat and cheese and cracker plate and strawberries and chcolate and a rose and champaign. Each year it gets a little less but we r going through this recession crap so understandable. lol

We were disappointed
By Coyoti3, 10/2/07
I was treated a bit rudely by the lady behind the counter when we went to check in slighlty early. Even though we had requested early check-in, our room was not ready. When we reserved the room, we were told that they had recently re-opened after remodeling. Our room was worn and smelly. The breakfast was supposedly free, but did not include drinks and you were limited in the choice you got. Everthing else was an extra chage. We had expected internet in the rooms, since they are billed as a conference center, but the only thing offered was dial-up and even that was only if you were with a major carrier. We had planned on an extended stay, but left after 1 night.

Food Was Incredibly Good!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/2/07
I went especially for the Tuesday fried chicken buffet. I wasn't really expecting much because the Seasons looks like a modern large dining facility (from the outside). From the inside, you feel quite at home as they sit you in a room overlooking the beautiful hills and immedialy place biscuits and apple butter in front of you. The food? I was convinced they had my grandmother cooking in the back room. The buffet was small, but perfect. The salad bar was fresh and the soup well done. What sold me was some of the best chicken I've ever had with smashed red potatoes and gravy. The green beans and bacon were so good that I could have made a meal out of them alone. I had to come back for the prime rib on Friday. They will slice you any thickness from rare to mediam endcut. Again: Smal; and pecfect buffet. Reasonable prices, wonderful people and excellent service!

Beautiful/Horrible service
By Abbie Marie, 3/2/07
Although the hotel was exceptionally beautiful the service had something to be desired. A young lady working the front desk was to wrapped up in her day's work and sparked an attitude with my husband upon check-in. I recommend this hotel but watch for bad service!!!

Please rebuild!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/27/07
We love the Season's Lodge and were so sorry and sad to hear about the fire. We go to Nashville Indiana about four times a year just to stay here in one of the fireplace rooms. It is very romantic and the rooms are beautiful. The lodge itself is wonderful and the food in the restaurant is superb! Please rebuild, the Season's Lodge is our favorite get-away place!

Looking forward to another stay!
By xt2, 9/20/05
This was a great hotel experience! The rooms were clean and cozy, the view of the hills from the deck was beautiful, food was excellent, and the employees were great! The pool was a perfect size and depth also. Can't find one thing wrong with it. We had reservations for one night and decided to ask for another night falling on the weekend when the hotel might be full. The front desk people went out of their way to secure us another room in the hotel for one more night. They were great! Can't wait to go back - possibly in the spring!

Beautiful, comfy, & convenient
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/31/05
We stayed here on a whim Spring 2004. Loved it! Going to book again this October (05). What I can't understand is how the three 5 star reviews before mine resulted in only a 4 star overall rating. Something is wrong with someone's math. This is definately a 5 star class act.

What a great stay.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/5/05
Lovely rooms, quilted bedspreads and shams (you can even buy these!). Terrific food and service. The staff was so nice to us. The pool has this clear enclosure so you can swim in the winter and watch it snow outside! Wow!
