Will never go there again

This hotel was terrible, please do not be swayed by the nice pictures on the website. This hotel is nothing like what is pictured. Service was terrible. The manger was very rude and not accomodating at all also very arrogent. We found bugs in our room, they did move us which was good. Poor lighting in the parking lot. Guest are not welcome to sit in the lobby and talk with others. The pool was shut down for half the stay. Jacked the price up for group. Not a good experience.

Short Stay in Chicago

Very suprised at how nice the hotel was considering the price. Nice indoor pool. Close to the airport but we did not notice noise from planes at night. Not many places to eat close by - you have to search. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Fantastic place for a quiet getaway!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. A lot of places to go near by. Breakfast Buffet excellent. We enjoyed our short stay.

Sleeping on clouds

By the time we left - 4 days later I was wishing I could take the bed and pillows home with me. I never thought I could sleep more comfortable in a hotel than at home but they proved me wrong. The hotel staff were very helpful when I would ask for directions to local attractions such Navy Pier. I thought about reserving closer to Chicago but Wood Dale is so quiet and peaceful that I'm glad I chose it.

it is worse than what I expected

Never changed the broken light bulb in the room even with several times of requests. The service is awful.
