The Westin OHare, Rosemont

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. i would stay here again.

Helpful and friendly staff, heavenly bed, AWESOME kitchen staff, and fantastic overall experience. Walls are not as soundproof as I'd prefer, able to hear people in the halls late at night.

Wow, What a delightful experience. I used hotwire at the last minute to book a hotel, and Not only was the Westin affordable, but it was beyond our expectations. If someone is looking for a wonderful 4 star hotel near O'Hare, this should be the one.

every thing was nice staff the housekeepers were great. i loved my stay.and i would come again rooms were very clean on the 5th floor food was very good and train station is not far at all to go to downtown. nice view

Like all hotels we have stayed at, the Westin OHare had good and bad points. Overall the stay was pleasant and we would be happy to make a return visit. The best part of our stay was Denise at the concierge's desk, and Phillip Ross,the service express supervisor. These two folks went way, way beyond the call of duty to make our stay much more memorable. If you are ever at the hotel, make it a point to stop and say hi to these two. It will surely brighten your day. It definately did ours!

Two words. The staff. At the Westin O'Hare, their is quite an obvious understanding that the staff understands then needs of all travelers. I needed some Peter Pan Peanut Butter for my bosses' son in Japan and I barely mentioned it to the front desk. The boy who was working ran out and got me two big jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter! It was amazing, I got a promotion shortly after that trip and I feel like I owe the presence and wherewithall at the front desk of the Westin O'Hare for it. I've never been wow-ed by service before or since in that way. The rooms are great, but the staff easily takes the cake. These guys take care of you!

Every time I stay at the Westin O'Hare, the experience gets better and better. The staff is unbelievably knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. It is not your typical airport hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Westin O'hare is a great hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, with the heavenly bead and shower, and a great view of the airport, and the planes, without the noise level. The food was absolutely fabulous, and a good price too. The shuttle driver was even willing to get up and come an hour early to get us to O'hare for our 7:00 international flight.
