Two words. The staff. At the Westin O'Hare, their is quite an obvious understanding that the staff understands then needs of all travelers. I needed some Peter Pan Peanut Butter for my bosses' son in Japan and I barely mentioned it to the front desk. The boy who was working ran out and got me two big jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter! It was amazing, I got a promotion shortly after that trip and I feel like I owe the presence and wherewithall at the front desk of the Westin O'Hare for it. I've never been wow-ed by service before or since in that way. The rooms are great, but the staff easily takes the cake. These guys take care of you!
